What is the best exercise for getting the large mushroom size head.There is a-lot of sites and a-lot of ways.Just wondering if anyone had great results with one.

Tharock: Here's an exercise that might work for you. You gotta give it time to see some results. Here's what I do for working on that mushroom o' mine:

1. Get yourself up to about 50 to 60 % erection
2. Flex your PC hard to push blood into your shaft, maybe flex it
a couple times
3. With one hand do a normal OK grip at the base of your bud
and tighten the grip, preventing the blood from draining out
4. With other hand, do a reverse grip right after your base grip,
your pinky should be facing towards your head
5. Next, squeeze your thumb and first finger tight for about 3-5
seconds (of your reverse OK grip hand)
6. Squeeze your next finger for same amount of times, too (by
now you should be squeezing two fingers
7. Do same for fingers 3 and 4, then watch your head balloon in
size.

With this exercise, be very careful, you don't want to squeeze too tight that you'll piss out blood as a result of breaking the vessels inside the urethra. Do this exercise with caution, after all you only have one, right?

Hope this works for you, it's working for me. I can tell because my head is extremely purplish and red spots all over it, which means it is working! But, again, ease into this type of exercise.

I have some questions about this exercise you suggest.

1 - Your penis shall be parallel to the floor or he shall be facing your head?

2 - Do you use any lubrificante or you do the exercise dry?

3 - When you squeeze and hold the two first fingers (with your reverse OK grip hand) do you keep the squeeze and put the next finger or do you release the squeeze, put the next finger and then squeeze again?

4 - To do the base grip you can use any one of yours hands or it must be do with one specific hand?

5 - How many times shall we do this exercise (on a normal workout day)?

6 - What kind of pressure shall be applied (on a scale from 1-10)?

Valmont: In response to your questions:

1. However a 50% tp 60% erection is for you, that is where your bud will be looking. When you say "facing your head", I assume you mean a full erection (if in your case a full erection for you means it is up in the air rather than straight out, and is facing you...no, I do not mean you should get to this state...too much of an erection). For me personally 50 to 60% means I am slightly below parallel. Hell, everybodys' 50-60% is different from each others, only you know what your range is.

2. I do this exercise after jelquing so I've got a little lubricant on but not much. After all, I'm not sliding my fingers or grip, but just squeezing really.

3. The whole concept of this exercise is to keep squeezing the remaining shaft left over of its blood into the head, so I don't release the fingers' grip of the reverse OK before moving on to the next finger squeeze.

IE: put reverse OK grip into place above regular OK grip
squeeze shaft for approximately 5 seconds, keep this
squeeze going and wrap second finger around shaft,
squeeze againg for amount of time, keep squeeze, wrap
next finger around shaft, squeeze again, keep the squeeze
and wrap last finger ( I think I'm on the last finger?) and
squeeze for amount of time.

So, by now your reverse grip should be squeezed for about
25 seconds whereas your last finger for about 5 seconds.
Of course you can play around with the times as you like...
5 seconds is just what I perform them for.

4. As for the base grip, it could be either hand. Personally, I like using my weaker hand because then my stronger hand I use to squeeze all the blood into the head. If I were to use my weaker hand for squeezing, I bet I wouldn't get a better squeeze/workout.

5. As for reps, personally I do about 10 of them. Just me. And besides, with regular jelquing, I've already forced alot of blood already into the head. So this exercise is like going for the kill, if you will.

6. This last one you have to be careful about, because if you squeeze way too hard, you'll break or tear some blood vessels inside your urethra and a drop or two will dribble out the tip. Now, I have never personally experienced this and I am only warning you about this because of reading about the experiences of other members who have had this happen to them. So trust yourself and don't overdo it. Always practice safe PH. But if you're still wondering I usually squeeze just enough so that each finger squeeze expands my head a little bit more previously than the last finger squeeze. This is usually the indication you're applying more pressure. By the time I get to my last finger, I squeeze very hard, but responsibly, of course!

Afterwards, my head is ballooned up for awhile the workout for some time. It's good looking down it, knowing that I am working on the head to keep up with the girth gains.

I do not want to have a fat cucumber with a marble for a head!!:mad:
I want both to be proportionately the same relative to each other!:D

Just to mention though, ease yourself (and this applies to everybody) into this routine depending on how much experience you have. I don't, and won't, accept any responsibility for anyone doing the exercises overzealously.

Once again, thanks for your answers.

I'm after a good exercise for the head and for working only the head, 'cause my shaft is starting to show very large gains in girth and the head remains with the same (started) size.
I use a different exercise, not the regular jerq exercise (with the regular jerq exercise I only got a swell below the head). I'll see how efective this exercise really is and then I'll share it with the rest of the people around here.
