View Full Version : Advice wanted please guys

Hiya guys, I have been a member of Penis-Health.com for 6 weeks and I have been doing the free consulation programme, which is 3min warm-up cloth, 5min long shlong, 5min jelq, 5min pressured long schlong, 6min jelq and hold, 4min PC weighted and 2min warm-down cloth. I've seen great results with this programme especially in flacid state. I have now moved onto the intermediate program 35-40mins but changed the jelq and hold ot Adanced Jelq.

Basically I'm looking for advice on wat to do now I'm moving onto different programmes. What have other people done to see good results? I don't want to work out for more than 40mins and I don't really fancy doing 200 reps of the Jelq. But I would if I was advised to. I'm very keen and very happy with my progress so far, it will change my life and I really hope I don't lose my gains when I decided to stop. My main aim is to gain length and flacid state especailly and length when erect.

Hey! Great to hear the good news! As for some advice here's some suggestions:

a) If you want to stick to the same timetable, then maybe try increasing the intensity of your workout. You'll probably feel a little more sore than previously, so probably ease into the intensity instead.

b) Because your increasing your bud sessions, I suggest that after you finish your session to apply some Vitamin E. It is clinically proven to help repair damaged skin.

c) Listen to your tool and if you start to feel any discomfort, ease up on the intensity. You only have one, right?

Hopefully, these help, maybe these aren't the type that you are looking for, but hopefully they do.

Keep on with the program, sounds like your on your way!
