How 2 Find Hidden Codes?

Hey!!!! I was reading about winning prizes for posting and I came to a section that said something about hidden codes in banners. Now I have looked of alot of the banners on this forum and I have yet to see a code or anything that could look like a code. Has anyone in this forum won any prizes from a hidden code entry? Has anyone ever found a hidden code? If so did the banner say it was a code or did you have to kind of figure it out?

When you click a banner a popup may appear telling u that you have won a prize. Also as you can see there are compeitions going on now in the forum
