ey guys i was just wondering if there is any difference between jelqing dry and jelqing with lubrication.
Also one more question. Is there any difference from jelqing real slow and intensely or jelqing for reps because whenever i try to jelq for reps i try to incorporate the intensity of going slow and hard so i can get as much blood in my penis head as i possibly can but sometimes i forget and im just doing the motion. When i jelq real slow, intense, and grasping hard i get all that blood into my head real good. I'm just wondering is there any difference from the two, Jelqing slow and intensied or a quicker pace to get the reps but not as slow as getting real intensified.
Thx srry if it was too long i had to describe my self exactly

intensity is better don't count reps instead set a time limit and work intensily and concentrate the whole time...

Counting reps is better because you have another variable for your PE log. For even more accurate feedback, you can count reps AND keep a timer on your sets. That way, you'll know if you have to increase/decrease the duration of your strokes for the next workout. With going by the clock alone, you may do 500 reps one day and 400 the next and not even know it.
Being successful with your PE workouts will require that you add or subtract the right amount of intensity/volume as you need to.

:sm22 HMMM!!!! Good stuff BA.... I agree with you that it probly is better to do reps but for me lookin at a clock a couple of times keeps my mind more on PE, rather than counting reps. After doing this program for a while i became aware of when my dick was fatigued from jelging, and that usually is when i move to the HM, or a different girth workout therefore my routine times change variably... I still think intensity is way more important than reps, and for me intensity takes concentration
