Well... results so far after 1.5 months and one month on ProSolution pills. I started at 6.5" and today I measured .... 6.5". Girth I have seen a little improvement on but seems to be only after workouts... Girth 4.95" and today after workout 5". I have noticed nothing from taking pills at all. I take them three times a day just as I'm supposed to. My workouts have been very regular and consistant and vigorous. Today I just submitted a request for a free consultation but after reading many posts here I think I will get the same routine as everyone else. I will keep going and working out hard, but it may not be long before I ask for my money back especially on the pills! For those of you who want to know my workout has been this;

warm up in shower
stretch for 3 mintues combined with powerstretch
jelq for 8 minutes
girth excersize for 3 mintues
needling for 1 mintue
stretch for another minute
I use a pump as well and always follow my workout with a 10 minute pumping session
Dry off and get ready for the day!

I workout three days on and one off.

One thing I have found that has been great is a silicone lube from Wet. It is awesome and doesn't wear off in the shower.

Well... long post but there it is... I will post again in another month... who knows... maybe I will have better news!

PS- I have registered but can't post while signed in... still don't know why... registered name is aksnowryder

Hey, unregistered, or asksnowryder, maybe you should try upping the intensity a little bit, or maybe try experimenting with your times and/or different exercises. It took me a while but I do believe that I have found a routine that works for me and will be trying to stick with it for a little while. I will post results every so often, maybe once a month, to let everybody know how it's going.

It seems to me anyways that is what could be preventing you from progressing, is doing the same routine for over 1 1/2 months, so, try different stuff!

Don't get discouraged, it takes time, and stay positive, maybe a new routine will be all that it takes to get your bud growing!!
