Hi all, I was been around here for an awhile, but only now I post for the first time.

First of all let me tell you that I'm was very skeptical about the program; at first it sounds like a joke, you know. But I decide to give it a chance anyway.
So I start the program for about three weeks, well to be exact, I'm doing the PC exercices for about three weeks and the PE program for about one week. After one week of workouts I break a rule and meassure my 'buddy', I know is to be meassure only once a month, but I meassure today because I start to see (visually) some gains in so little time of workouts. And yes I have some gains (without any pills)... 1/4 of an inch in erect length and a little bit more in flacid length, as for the grith (visually) it seems to have large gains in flacid and semi-erect (50%-70% erection), but the problem is that in erect state his grith it's less than I start with. I'm certain that I meassure it well in the start.
So my question to you Vets is: is this normal? Does anyone have this problem before? What should I do?
My afraid is that I don't have enough blood flow on the penis to support his gains.
Tomorrow I'll check my levels of colestrol... start to cut a little in the tabaco and do a little more physical exercice. Also keep the PC exercices and see what will happen.

If you don't mind my asking, but what exactly is your routine and schedule? Then maybe some of us could offer you some suggestions!

My current workout is:

Wake Up Cloth 5 minutes
Long Shlong 6 minutes
Jelq 6 minutes
Wake Up Cloth 3 minutes
For the PC exercices: I use the exercice suggested by Artist and do it during the day, when I have time to do it.

Note: I find out that is very important do the Wake Up Cloth correctly, I do it for 5 minutes (or whatever is needed 'til I feel comfortable and ready) and do it with very hot water - not during the bath.
A tip: to test if your Cloth is too much hot for your 'buddy', first put the hot cloth in you belly, if is too much hot to your belly is also too much hot to your 'buddy'.

I forgot. I workout 2 days on and 1 day off.

Where are you measuring your girth? :confused: Girth is usually measured at midshaft of the penis.

What do you mean "it's less than I start with"? You mean your girth measurement before you started PE as compared to your girth now, after doing exercises for awhile?

My theory is since you have gained in length, you probably thinned out a wee bit, so do some girth exercises to build up your girth and keeping your gains proportionate.

You could try doing some Horizontal movements in your routine.

Yes, I measured it right, in the midle of the shaft. And yes the starting measure (before starting the PE program) was bigger than the mesure after doing some workouts.
I also have the same theory as you, but I have noticed that my penis is somehow weak or tired after the workouts.
When I measured it was in an off day, but after two days off the problem seems to disapeared. I don't measure again, but visually seems to have gains. It looks now more powerful and strong :)

It will be weak and tired but your penis will NOT be smaller, you must have initially measured wrong.
