For a basic routine, you should focus on doing several 10 second flexes, and then trying to hold for 1 minute straight. Once you can hold for 1 minute straight, you can experiment with PC flexes of different duration.

Hey yeah thanks am starting that, but my real question was i have heard that different length flexes help different things such as being harder, lasting longer and multipul orgasms and was wondering what the corrilation was. Also should Pc be done on days off aswell?

Dam.. Hold the pc for ten seconds alone is difficult. My stomach starts to tense up and iam almost shaking.. I have been doing them after a workout and do like maybe 200 total, and lately ive been cumming sooner than usual when haveing sex, i think this has something to do with it, but they give me a harder bonner, and makes me shoot my nut and squeeze out as much as possible so i do them anyways..

Strong, brief contractions will help your ejaculatory power and will give your penis that "diamond-like" hardness; long light contractions help with stamina.

You should give your PC a rest on non-training days.

200 reps is what i would call a moderate amount of PC work. At least 300 reps per day with 2 to 3 second holds on each, and 5 sets of 10 reps with holds as long as you can, stop at 10 seconds is a good goal. If you want to up the intensity do the "PC Killer"
