Waz up boys just got back from a wonderful cruise, just thought id stop in and say hi. Iam tired so iam gonna lay back but let me tell u missin ten day s of pe really puts a damper on size and confidence i can't wait till tomorrow to get at it... Later alll..

Glad to have you back :) Taking a break usually allows you to come back refreshed and motivated- take advantage of that.

I also took some time off over the Holidays and feel extra motivation to get back after it. Growing my penis to exorbitant sizes is definitely my New Year's resolution.

Hello all,
I am PEing from last 6 months and I am not fully satisfied but happy what I have gain. I gain almost .65 in length and .30 in girth. Now I am noticing that more gain and girh is hard to come. I read in some of the threads that let your penis to be uncondioned by taking some break. Here is what I am thinking. This january month I am not doing any PEing and will start again in February and will do another 4-6 month. Is this a good idea or not? Please let me know ASAP. Your suggestion and help is very much appriciated. Thans in advance.

Possibly ur intensity isn't up enough, if youve been on the same routine you will need to incorporatate a new exercise to gain.

Thanks for the reply and post. I thought if I get some break then my penis will be uncondion again and more gain will come when I restart after one month. Here is my routine. I PE 3 days on and one day off and 2 days on and one day off.
warm up 2-3 min.
Strech both LS and Helli both 15 min ( 20 reps, 10 for each )
in that period of time I also put DLD BUNDLER TUNICA may be 3-4 reps
wet Jelque 15 min ( 100 reps)
warm down 2min.
During jelque I used to be 70 % errect but some how now I am only 30-40% errect.
With this much errect I feel lots of blood moves.
NOW I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH INTENSIVE WORK IT SHOULD BE. I STRECH AS MUCH I CAN WITH CARE BUT SOMETIME IT IS HARD TO HOLD FROM THE NECK OF THE GLANCE.
So please help and guide me to achieve my goal . By the way I am 5.75 with very less bone press and 4.80 in girth. I will be happy if I am 6.5 in length and 5 in girth. by the what new exercise I can add to acheive my goal.

Some of the problem with u not being able to get 70 percent errect is due to your tough stretching routine. Give jelqing a try before your stretching routine, after a warm up still of course. See only being 40 percent errect isn't efficient enough for u to really get that pump you need. You want to keep ur intensity up when doing girth work. I usually stretch in the hot shower after my girth work, washing yourself with a non lotion soap like face soap gives me a nice grip, and the hot shower allows me to really stretch with minimal pain. Check out the Horizontal movement, supra slammers, uli's, it seems u need another girth exercise so give them a read:sm24
