I have been doing the program for about two months now (stretching about 5 minutes and jelqing 200 strokes). Recently I noticed that small veins just behind the head of the penis and on the side have become very hard and distended. I tried massaging them away but that didn't help. I laid off the exercises for a few weeks and it gradually went away. I started again this morning and the problem is back. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it really a problem? If when you stop the exercises they go away then when you finish getting your gains all should be ok again.

You do 3 days on and 1 day off right?
