hello there guys!

I was wondering what would happen if i do like 1000 start and stop exercises, u know, 200 or 300 of the workout plan...maybe another 300 while i am in front of the computer....another 300 watching tv and the ones when i am peeing...

i am a newbie so...does anybony know what would happen??...i'll get a total control of my pc muscle or maybe this exercise exaggeration has a opposite effect and the pc muscle breaks down

You better not over due it. It is just like any other muscle. Isnt the newbie amount closer to 100? Thats 3 second holds thought i think. Think about it though. If you went to a gym and your trainer told you to bench so much weight and said to do 3 sets of ten three times a week. I think you would be crazy if you were like, I am gonna do that now and 2 other times today. Just like any other muscle if you over work it there is a risk of damage. If I were you I would take the safe roads and do amount the site says for newbies.

I do pc flexs all day and it doesn't bother me. My dick gets super hard when I need it to. Anytime I'm sitting and think of it I do them. I don't see it hurting you. Hell, when I measure my dick I keep him good and hard so I know doing pc flexes all the time help me. Everyone is different, maybe I'm an odd ball. :sm33 It would be worth a try; I think.

You'd likely get very sore and may hurt yourself. Like Lizzy stated, follow the instructions and don't go overboard!
