I love my Traction device, don't get me wrong. I've only been wearing mine for maybe about 4 to 5 hours a day, after that im in pain. Normally, I get a burning feeling around the base of the device, and not to mention that the straps around the head cause the same feeling. I don't mind the stretching, but I have to get this irritation under control. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know in order to see any significant gains you have to wear it for more than 8 hours a day.

Another thing I've noticed is that while my girth increases, the pain increases. I need serious input from serious trainers.

Thanks alot,
Q.L. :sm29

Get another layer of padding in there if you can.

Apply some good lotion to decrease the irritation.

Some days are worse than others on the pain, you'll see. It won't take you long to get the 'hang' of it... hehe. I wouldn't suggest going straight into 8 hours. Check out Big Al's beginner routine write up, it's extremely helpful to get you started.

Yeah, that seems to be the only thing I can do. Like I said, I'm not complaining about the product because it's nobodies fault but mine as to why I'm not seeing drastic length gains. I do know that if I don't make it past this part of the training, I'm going to have a thick stump of a penis without the swing that I want. I've been tweaking on different things to see what could possibly help, but nothing is getting rid of that feeling. I guess it's just a mind over matter thing. ;) I'll figure something out.

Has anyone on the board made it past the 8 hour mark?

Yeah man, I read it already. It has a lot of great info. My problem is I have a really tight sack, and I'm sure you could imagine what I go through. Imagine someone grabbing your balls all day while you wear it. :sm25 That's sort of what I'm going through, just looking for some sort of relief.

not to get off topic but have you ever checked your test levels when you do blood work? a "tight sack" can be indicative of low test levels in some people.
