I'm kind of discouraged right now, I'm a new member, and it only took me a few days to realize that I don't have enough time, at least to do the exercises as recommended. If anyone has any thoughts about getting the program to work, but on limited time, I'd like to know. I'm motivated, and dedicated, but being a full time student, and carrying a part-time job really limits my time. Any help, of course, would be appreciated...

Welcome aboard conley.183. Do you use PH as your program? Because if you do, you could use the 7-10min workout. It might take you longer to achieve your goals but it's better than nothing. Take care:D

conley.183: I second phenom's advice. Doing even a little bit is better than doing nothing at all. Maybe try looking at your schedule and see if you can manage your time a bit differently, like switching some chores or whatever around to fit your PH in.

Being a full time student with a part-time job is really time consuming but stay positive because after all you are putting in some effort towards your goal of an improved buddy!

Doing something is always better than doing nothing! After all, nobody got something for nothing! :D

I can emphasize with this problem but YOU DO HAVE TIME! Think of the time you spend in front of the TV or lunging about doing nothing? 7-10 minutes of your time is available! Also id you are having problems with time try these tips.

Do PC exercises on your classes or even in your classes. DO stretching in the shower or the bath. You can even do jelqing and your warmup in the bath. If your dedicated you CAN see gains!
