This question is for Big Al.I'm 27 and i just recieved the 5 month supply of Pro Solution Pills.I've been taking them for 2 weeks now.I can't tell if they're working yet.I'm almost 7 inches in lenght,my goal is to be 9 inches.Please,i need tips on how to make my penis longer the quickest way possible.What is the best exersises for length? Sometimes i stretch my penis downward for 20 seconds at a time about 4 times a day and stretch it upwards for 20 seconds at a time about 4 times.I can't tell if this is working or if i'm doing the right exercise.Please explain to me thoroughly how to do the proper exercises for length corrrectly and how you gained your 3 inches.Also how long did it take for you to gain your 3 inches? I hear alot of bad things about penis enlargement and the pills,alot of experts believe that these pills are just bogus and a scam.They also say there is no scientific evidence that pills actually work tp increase size.Losing hope,please help...

I need to know what is the correct way you did your stretches and Jelq's.When you do stretches how long do you hold the stretch? And how many times do you do each stretch? Also,what is the correct way to do the wet Jelq's? And how do you know if your doing them right? Please answer,thanks alot Big Al...

I was wondering what you thought about someone that has sort of hit a wall. I have an extender and thought maybe I should just use it during this little competition I'm in and then for the next one Just do girth workouts. Each comp. will last 4 months do you think this will help shock my penis into growing again? Another question, how long did it take to make your gains? Do you have a shock your penis workout you like to use? Thanks for any info!;)

Sometimes, a change in your routine will help you bust a plateau. When was the last time you took a layoff?
Another question, how long did it take to make your gains?
About three months.

Here's my article on "Shock Routines":
A friend of mine (thanks, J) gave me an idea that may help some of you break past a sticking point. It's called "shocking."
If you're familiar with bodybuilding, a stubborn bodypart can sometimes be kick-started into growth by doing a high-volume, high-intensity workout and taking a long rest to let your body recover. My friend is of the opinion that this same principle may apply to penis enlargement.
To do this, you could do something like 1,500-2,000 jelqs, 300-500 squeezes, or 2500-5000 stretches (not all at one time- do about 100, rest a bit, do some more, rest, etc.) and take several (3-5) days off to rest. Pick one or two exercises and "max out"!
The routine will take more than an hour, but remember that you won't have to do ANYTHING for several days.
IMPORTANT! This routine WILL cause soreness and you may have a little erectile difficulty for a few hours after the routine. If you're a beginner, you should NOT even consider doing this until you have a few months of regular PE under your belt!
Another advanced shocking technique is the "All Day" shock routine. Pick a day where you will be free from any important activities. This version of the shock routine WILL take all day (although you'll be resting for most of it).
Here's how it goes. Pick 4 exercises (preferrably 2 for girth, and 2 for length.
Sample schedule:
8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM- 30 of "The Squeeze"
9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM- 25 Slow Cranks
10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 6:00 PM- 100 Mini-Jelqs
11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM- 15 Tension Stretches
Of course, you'll rest after each exercise mini-session.
Prepare to take 3-5 days off after this routine. Some have seen measureable results within a few days of following a similar routine!
Due to its strenuousness, and obvious inconvenience, it should only be done once every few months.
If your gains have plateaued, this routine will definitely give you a kick-start!

Hey Big Al been appreciating your input in these forums. I've found them helpful.
I have a question:
Is the Cranks you refer to Compression Cranks by mowingman?
I assume the Squeeze is the Compression squeeze from another post of yours.
Tension stretches, I did a forum search and I didn't come up w/ that.
Could you tell me what they are?
I also have a question regarding the Ferrari Mega Pump.
Is it primarily to stretch the tunica or does it also increase girth?
Which would you prefer the Slinky or the Mega Pump?
Are upward bends more dangerous than downward and side to side or are they about equal in the risky department?
I know these are alot of questions but I would appreciate any input you would have.

A lot of the exercises described in my routine are not in the PH manual. They are also meant as a example- you can substitute the exercises with ones that you prefer.
I have never heard of the "Mega Pump" exercises. Can you give me a description or link to them?

The exercises sound like a cross between ULIs and DLD Blasters. Both of these exercsies are good, so the Ferrari Trio should work. They look like they'll expand the tunica more than anything else.

You can also break through a wall by a consistent and dedicated effort. I agree with Big Al that a shock approach can break the wall in a quicker manner, but if you don't lose your motivation and enthusiasm, walls will recede. As everyone who has read my posts knows, slow and steady is my basic mantra. A wall basically says that your body is adapting and adjusting to the changes that you have created. It's not something that you need to fight, it's something that you need to understand and respond accordingly. PE is a lifetime investment. I'm currently starting a six month break from PE. I'll still be part of the forum, but I'm just going to limit my PE for the next six months to PC exercises. Then I'll see if my unconditioned penis responds to PE with a few more gains. Actually this makes sense in my life, since I am working so much that I really don't have the time for PE. I figured that 2 and 1/2 years of steady PE was enough, and that a 6 month break is the right thing to do. I hope it has a positive effect.

I would be afraid of not starting back. If I make it to 7" NBPEL and good girth I might try to take a few months off. Only if I'm not growing at the time. Thanks for your input Turtle!

I meant a layoff period- like a week or more. I recommend 1 week off every 4-6 weeks.
