Hey men. Read through a little bit of the forum. Some fantastic stuff in here. Thanks for the tips. Been doing my routine for about a week now and am totally motivated. The ween feels stronger already and this ex-jarhead is totally dedicated.

Hey, Iwillachieve, great to see you're aboard. There's lots of good forums and information floating around here. Lot's of support from the members, too, helping each other out in their programs.

Already been doing routines for awhile now and the biggest difference that I noticed from before (not doing PE) is that my confidence level has increased!:cool: This is probably, in my opinion, the most important benefit. Besides the obvious benefits of PE'ing having a positive effect on my bud, of course:D
