Ok, I know a lot of you probably wouldn't mind having them, but to me it's a big deal. I don't masturbate, and haven't in a long time. I would have wet dreams when I first started PE, but after that they went away. The only reason I'm complaining is that when I wake up, I feel guilty as hell. Not only that, but my Testosterone level is lower now. I take a lot of supplements, but I'm not sexually active. I guess all that watching porn before you go to sleep isn't a good idea. I normally watch it after a workout because I wear a cockring. After each workout I try to maintain an erection as many times as possible, but this time I forgot to take it off before I went to sleep. Well, having a 80% erection and going to sleep with boxer briefs on (they hold the penis in place; very good idea if you use an extender) wasn't a good idea. I had this dream that I was in a movie theatre, and I was with this female in the bathroom. Where this came from, I don't know. The only thing different this time is that when I was doing my thing, I noticed that my length was tremendous, but the girth wasn't there. (Just a quick note, I normally have dreams of my alter-ego, or the person I want to become. But this time it seems that I was myself, body and all. I'm working out also, and losing weight. This means that in reality my confidence is going up. :sm31 ) Well, after regretfully shooting my future kids away, I woke up with some killer girth :sm22 . I guess you could kind of call this a mini-supra slammer since I had the cockring on. The only difference is you're not suppose to ejaculate. So in other words, for those of you who are PE'ers, you should try the Supra Slammers with a cockring; see what it does for you.

Really pissed off at myself for cheating,

Do you have them every night? If so, maybe if you only masturbated once a week it would be enough to curb the wet dreams. Kind of a lesser of two evils thing?

Also, so if I understand this, every time you reach orgasm it lowers your testosterone levels? I heard about this but couldnt find much information on it.

No I don't have them every night, just every once in a while. I don't plan on masturbating again... ever again. That's something that I respectively gave up, and I've won the battle. It's a rough addiction :sm39 . Not only that, but it lowers your sexual prowl ness. Meaning, that you wouldn’t have the animalistic desire along with the cravings that you would normally have if you weren’t masturbating. :sm40

Your testicles produce testosterone, so when you do ejaculate you're losing the majority of your strength right then and there. That's why body builders normally don't engage in sexual activity before weightlifting, because they know that they won't be at their maximum. Testosterone produces natural muscle growth, and also speeds up the healing process. Imagine if you weren't engaging in sexual activity, and you were taking supplemental testosterone on top of the natural testosterone that you produce yourself. The results can be very pleasing. I'm going on my third month with PE, and I'm very impressed. I've decided that if I can make it to next October without having sex, (which I doubt, but I'm mentally strong so who knows) my gains should be astounding.

I've read from a few places that that if you dont ejaculate after a few months your testosterone levels actually drop, also your chances of getting testical cancer are greatly increased. Not trying to scare you or anything, just what I've heard.

I've heard that especially in men over 30, still not a huge risk but I have heard that. Still if your not comfortable masterbating you should'nt feel pressured to. If I doubt pay a visit to the doc.

Your age has nothing to do with having wet dreams, its your sexual activity. Ok we all know that the testes produce semen. Well as a body function it contiually does this just like you automatically continue to breathe. If you dont masterbate or have sex where do you think the semen goes? You are right, no where. When you reach a certain point your bodies knows that it needs to make room for more semen so bam you have a wet dream and now there is room for new semen. So my point is as long as you are not haveing sex or masterbating you are gonna have the occasional wet dream. Dont freat though because regular ejaculation can help lower your chances of prostate cancer :sm24

So the reason people say to not masturbate while doing PE is not related to testoserone levels, but rather that after orgasm there is reduced blood flow to the penis?

No it has to do with testosterone. Thats why they suggest not masterbating on your workout days and if you do wait several hours either before or after. If I do it on my PE day i usually wait 7 hrs.

So masturbating lowers your testosterone, but also not masturbating for months also lowers it?

Do you have links with this information on it? Doing a forum/google search didn't turn up much.

I dont think you are gettin the point lol. Masturbating lowers it temporarily because you lose some semen. If you dont masterbate or have sex you will just lose semen through wet dreams. Its just best not to PE close to when you ejaculate.
