Sorry if this is a long post, but I have a few questions:

I have been doing PE for about 2 months and this is my current routine:
Wet cloth
long schlong heli
jelq and hold
horizontal movement
squeezes
wet cloth

First of all, is this an effective workout? I have noticed some visible gains in my erect girth and maybe flaccid girth, but not much has happened length-wise. This is pretty much the same exercises I have started with, except I have advanced from long schlong --> long schlong heli and jelq -->jelq & hold.

Aso, I feel like this workout takes way too long. It is taking me between an hour - hour and 10 minutes. The main reason it takes so long is because I cannot stay hard during my jelq and holds and sometimes horizontal movement. In order to stay erect and do an effective number of jelq and holds, I need to re-stimulate myself several times. Is there a point when it can hurt you to do this for too long? I have no problem spending an hour+ on PE, but I want to make sure it is going to be effective. Again sorry this is so long, but I would like to know any additions/subtractions people think I should make. Just give me the names of exercises and I will search for them or somehow find out what they are.

THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Erection renewal is common, most people need some form of stimulation after 25 jelqs or so. One of the reasons why you should count reps rather than look at the clock. As far as length you are only doing one length exercise. I think that the Heli is an excellent exercise, but I don't know how much time your spending on it. Do this, 20 reps @ 30 seconds each. Also, 10 reps @ 30 sec. of downward stretch. If you want to add another then pick something aimed more at the tunica, A-stretch or DLD's Bundled tunica stretch.

Have you tried watching porn while you jelq?

On the other hand, lookin at the clock once or twice, instead of counting 200 reps keeps the mind more on pe, easier to concentrate on something to keep the bonner up, and a newbie might misinterprate intensity with number of reps, and tthey are two way different issues... Just throwing some thoughts out to a newbie, as i have said before if i could count reps it would be better b/c i could keep track of progress easier, but i go with intensity...

Thanks for all of the advice. Watching porn while I jelq is a very good idea. Turtle, as I mentioned, I want to make sure I do not overwork myself. I would like to add another length exercise or two. Is that OK if my workout is over an hour? I know some people talk about working out too much, and I want to make sure I do not do that. I currently go two days on and then one off. I want to make sure it is alright to workout fairly intensely for over an hour on those two days. Here is my updated workout then:

Wet cloth
long schlong heli
downward stretch
possibly A-stretch or DLD's Bundled tunica stretch
jelq and hold
horizontal movement
squeezes
wet cloth

Is there anything else you think I can add or take out. This seems like a good mixture of length and girth, but I want to make sure I do not overdo it. Let me know your thoughts.

One hour is not overdoing it. Especially with a 2 on 1 off approach. Try it and see how it feels.
