Can't upgrade my membership

I currently have the lite subscription, and have been trying to upgrade.

The first screen gives me a credit card error, even though theres no place for me to enter my credit card information.

The next screen that comes up has a credit card information slot, but not a membername/password slot. So when i click submit it gives me a membername error.

Is this just a bug in the system? Or a way to get me to pay for the full membership?

It is probably just a glitch in the system. It is highly doubtful they would try to rip anyone off like that.
