View Full Version : Is there a "limit" for growth?

I've been reading a lot of posts and notice people say things along the lines of "... yeah I"ve gotten some gains in 3 months, but now my gains are slowing down..." and I remember reading someone say that one can only grow so much, and after that you won't gain anymore.

Is there any truth to these statements? Does it vary from person to person as to how much one can gain? and would the gains just stop just like that?

I use an ROP and I've been doing PE along with PSP pills for almost two months and I"m on my second bottle. I gained about 1/2" in length and about 1/4" in girth (I'm VERY surprised by these results), and I'm really liking what I see (except i'm still somewhat of a 2 hump chump, gotta work the PC muscle, lol, I love the PC weighing exercise).

- But yeah, is there a "limit" for how much one can gain?

- is it absolutely necessary to change your routine?

- and why do you think gains all of a sudden "slow down" after doing their exercises (assuming they are doing it consistently)?

Hi,

Your penis will only grow to its limit if you stop PEing. If one continues to PE then they will continously gain the growth but as the time goes by, these growth would be so minimal and probably grow like a milimeter in a week or so. There is no limitation as long as you are in good health condition and that your body adapts to major changes. Take a look at certain African tribes in Uganda and other Central African countries. Those tribes start PEing ever since they are little and as they grow older, their penis is huge and they never stop. In their culture, having a large and long body part is attracting like the Masai tribes. They are tall and well-built. And to your other question. No, I don't think that you need to change your routines completely. Just change your routines in little degrees and see how it fits your time and if it is comfortable for your penis and discover what the best time and exercise and the amount of reps and sets would be good for your penis condition right now. And I think that the reason these penis growth slows down all of sudden is that your body will adapt to the changes that you make such as the penis exercise, psp, or traction. The penis grew to the maximum and the cell walls would be expanding to the maximum until it finally reaches to the state where it can't expand big enough and those big cells will divide into two or more cells and those little cells would be growing and it will take very long time until the smaller cells get bigger and that's why the penis seems to grow slower but the fact of the matter is that it still grows. Think of the picture like the negative exponential graph. Most people have seem to stop after they have reached their wanting gains because those people would feel like they are done and that PEing might take away their time but if you could continue PEing like it is part of your life habit, then I think that your penis would grow to its very huge size. I hope that this helps although I might've have written more than you expected.

- But yeah, is there a "limit" for how much one can gain?

>>>Big Al: Maybe not, but it will get harder to make gains as time goes by.

- is it absolutely necessary to change your routine?

>>>Big Al: If what you're doing doesn't work anymore, then yes, you'll need to change your routine.

- and why do you think gains all of a sudden "slow down" after doing their exercises (assuming they are doing it consistently)?

>>>Big Al: it's the law of diminishing returns.

Hey,
I would be a happy camper if I had 1-2 inch gain. I think the limit is a couple inches but dont give up. Either way you got nothing to lose, only to gain.

good shit xyz_xiyi, although maybe next time split that up into small paragraphs, lol, it's all good tho.

Anyway, just a few threads down I found the thread for everything I was asking.... Dazzlingdaz3 got it right on the money with his response, check it out:

Hey guys,
Just a very quick response. As we PE we "condition" our dicks. They become stronger and more muscular and more effort is eventually required to maintain steady growth. There are a lot of stories, my own included, where people have stopped for a period and restarted and enjoyed quick growth spurts. This is mainly due to the fact that the penis has become "unconditioned" and therefore is not so resistant to the PE as it had become. Eventually it will become conditioned again and the same problem will resume. Hardcore PEers use more intense and sometimes scary exercises to overcome the resistance of the "conditioned" penis and continue to make gains without prolonged breaks. As long as your gains are "cemented" when you break from PE, you should suffer minimal loss and then gain when you recommence. This strategy has allowed a lot of people to break through their plateau.

Cheers
Daz

yeah, Daz has good post on this topic. I never thought of how he mentioned hardcore exercises and breaking the pleateau. I guess our penis is not muscle but sort of acting like a muscle. If we continue with intense stretching, then our penis would probably be conditioned for more growth.

Another way is to stop for 6 months then go at it again for 3 to 6 months and repeat the cycles.
I did this and gained an 3/8" in length.

Six months is a bit much, don't you think? Did you need to take that much time off, or did you choose to?

when you guys say "change routine what does it mean ? " You mean replace one exercise with other one. please explain to me.

any way you can take the meaning.. .. normally it would be the whole exercise or just reps and sets.

You can change exercises, rep tempi, volume, intensity, etc.

What could be better, just changing the reps or the sets?

Depends on a few things. Have you plateaued or are you overtrained? If you've plateaued, then you can try any number of changes. If you're overtrained, then rest followed by a routine with less volume is what you'll need.

I did not get any gains on my penis so I don't know if I should say that I pleateaued and don't know about overtraining. I don't feel like I'm overtraining but my penis feels like it overtrained.

It depends when you started. I would give yourself a few months to see if you are gaining. If you are doing everything right you should gain some. What kind of routine do you have? I am fairly new as well. My second month will be over in the begining of january. I have gained about 1/4 in. in my first month. Its hard to really tell cause I have trouble getting a really hard full erection when I want to measure lol. I know my stretch length has grown though. Thats a little easier to do and it cant change too much without your lenght changing too.

The variation of some of the limit could be on the factors like nutrition and how much rest one is getting.
