Hey guys
Hope you all had a merry christmas!
I'm not a member of SizeGenetics or Penis-Health or anything, but I've been doing PE for 3 months so far just using the info on. I think I would like to join one day, but I still live with my parents at the moment and you know how it is! I
Ok heres the deal. In 3 months, I havent really gained much (about 0.25 inches in length) :( . But when i saw this forum, i decided my new years resolution was to stick to a plan and get some more serious gains! ... in fact, why not just start now :rolleyes:
My stats are below:
EL = 5.12 inches (13cm) BPEL = 5.51 inches (14cm)
EG = 4.72 inches (12cm)
I really want to increase my length at the moment, and concentrate on girth later on when I've got a decent length.
I've been doing two exercises for length:
1. just stretching the penis for 10 seconds (in all directions - straight, up down, left, right) then holding the PC muscle for another 5 seconds.
2. just the standard jelq i think, with a tight grip with my left hand at the base and moving my right up slowly (~ 4 seconds). it's kinda hard to do - my dick isnt exactly "king kong" size - so with holding my left hand there, its hard to jelq the whole length with my right.
I just do one day on, one day off... and most of the time, I'm PEing for about 40 minutes.
How can I improve my exercises that I am doing now for length? Or what other exercises could I try that have worked really well for you?

Btw, I just started the PC killers I read about today, WOW i feel good!! :sm29 . I suggest anyone who hasn't tried it to try it!

HHhmmmmm.. maybe you could reduce your forty mintues PEing to 15-20 minutes of PEing and concentrate on the quality of the exercise. I used to have the similar problem except I couldn't get the gains. Can I ask you the question about your rest? Like how many hours of sleep do you get? what about your nutrition? Why don't you try your exercise routine with ProSolution Pills. I have never tried ProSolution Pills but I heard that people get good gains from it especially when they combine it with PE natural exercises. Ooh and one other thing. Do you masturbate? If Yes, then when and how many times a day? That could have affect on your PEing, too.

Your volume is probably killing any chance of you making real gains. It's no coincidence that guys following a high volume routine from the start also complain about having erectile difficulties.
Are you keeping track of how many repetitions you're doing? You can try adding intensity each workout, then you can focus on upping the rep count.

xyz_xiyi, I get good rest, probably 8 or 9 hrs a night, but I don't take any extra pills or supplements though. I probably only masturbate 3 times a week, and I try to make sure it's never on PE days. How are you going with your gains now man?

It's funny just how right you are. I've noticed my erections levels seem lower since I started PE. So you recommend that I cut the 40 minutes down to maybe 20 min? I'm not really counting reps, just going for the time that I set myself. :sm30

Oh~ well it's good that you don't masturbate on the PE days but I think that taking supplements pills might help. Right now for me, I'm not seeing any gains. It's your decision on how you are going to want to cut down the time. If you think that you need to slow it down, then cut the time but if not, then just keep at it.

That's the problem. Try counting reps instead of going by the clock. Try to make each rep as uniform as the last.

That's what I did but I didn't seem to have any problems with it as far as the penis exercise goes but my penis doesn't seem to grow.

I think its really important for everyone here to get the point I learned:
Intensity and making each rep count is MUCH more important than volume
It's definitely a case of quality over quantity. Big Al, how long do you think I should take a break for? Will it be ok to start on New Years Day?
xyz, I think you just gotta give it time. and if you ever think your penis isn't growing, don't overdo it like i did, just stick with it and maybe up the intensity.

One week off every 4-6 weeks seems to work for most trainees.

I'm taking a week off now until Sunday. Then I'll get into it again. What do you guys think of my routine when I start up again? I'm concetrating on length now...
Warm up in shower (3 min)
Long Schlong - 5 sets in each direction: straight, left, right.
Standard Jelq - 75 reps
Warm down (3 min)
PC Killer - the whole shabang!
One day on, one day off. It'll only take 12-15 minutes or so for jelq and long schlong, as I'll concentrate on making each rep count. I'm goin to do PC Killer everyday... maybe just rest it once a week?

Give the routine a try- just remember to increase reps and intensity as you see fit.

I think he mean by doing say the "standard jelg" than juggling in some jelg and hold etc. The way u explained how u do jelgs is incorrect. You do not need to hold your base and jelg with the other hand, this what u are explaining is called a Horizontal movement. When u jelg ur suppossed to use both hands as the right gets to the head, simply grab at the base with ur left, release the right, than simply slide ur left until u reach the head than continue with ur right..

Ohh right, I get ya. It seems to me they do the exact same thing anyway, do either of these seem to give better results? I guess the standard jelq (rather than the horizontal movement) would be better for me since my other hand wouldn't get in the way so much.
xyz, about ur query, I think its all down to experimenting and taking note of the results. From what I have read, doing PC flexes at the end of each jelq, or at the end of each stretch seems to work pretty well.
By the way Jarod, I think throwing in some Jelq and holds with the Jelqs could be a pretty good idea... I guess it depends on whether you want more head size in addition to your body girth.

How come its not good to masturbate on the same days as PE, i usually masturbate after all my excersizes, and after only a month im already noticing big differences....

Lots of thread on the issue. Most don't recommend masturbating with a 2-3 hour span from your PE routine (The same day could be Ok) because... http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11908&highlight=masturbate
But if it's not effecting you then I wouldn't worry. Maybe try going a month with using the 'no masturbation within 3 hours of PE' and see if you get better results.

Follow the 3 hour rule if you can't control yourself. :sm30
My guess is that you won't see any differences until you follow the program as it's outlined.

good help guys, i think the testosterone thing makes lots of sense. Edging is the way to go, and masturbate on days off.... i cant believe how fast the responses were.

i just started a month ago, and i was saying that i have gained very noticable flaccid, a little eg and bpel. Also my erections feel healthier, meatier, and stronger. PE is lightweight amazing.....
