I was wondering if you can overkill on the PC exercises, or if certain rutienes are better than others. this is what i do everyday.
15minutes of 2-3 second holds
then later on in the day I do
reps hold(sec)
80-100 1
10 20
5 40
2 90
1 4minutes
I just started this rutiene, but I have been doin PC exercises off and on for 2 years. Alot more lately in the past month though.
I also have one more question while I have everyones attention, is there any way to make your penis curve up alittle??

blimey that is a bit overkill but as far i know you can not overdo it, 10 minutes split between the day sounds good, is your penis fatigued at night?

No. I'm only 20 and have more of a problem keepin it down than tryin to get it up. The reason I try doin alot of PC flexes is because I cannot last longer than a minute or 2 my first time in. But after I cum it'll decrease alittle bit in size and 30 sec later be at full solute again. After the first time it'll take me a while to cum, like 15-30 minutes. My girlfriend actually like when I cum early though cause it makes her feel really good about herself. Its just a pain in the ass stopin and cleanin up then startin again.
Darren do you think it would be better to do more flexes with less time intervals everyday, or just stick to what I am doin if I can handle it??

Here is an answer to the second part of your question.
Yes, there is a way to curve the penis up a little.
In the Mens-Network PE program, their is an exercise that is referred to as 'Curvate Staightening'.
The excercise simply consist of doing the jelq in a manner that requires you to bend the penis upward while milking towards the head of the penis.
