Hey guys...


I was wondering how many times should i do the jelq? Should i do it many times or should i do it hard? Will it give the same results? Yesterday i did it only 5 times but i did it "hard" and got bloodmarks all over the shaft and therefore doing it hard is a good thing? :)

Thx in advance :)No ur misinterpriting the exercise. U are new therefore chances are ur gonna get blood marks, but u should not do it "hard". The soul purpose of jelgin is to get blood moving, if u have a decent erection and u jelging blood should move to the head, doing it hard could cause injury. Re read all the info u can on jelging and pe, if u have questions ask and me or another will have no problem assisting u..

Thanks for the response, but i thought that the main reason for jelqin was to make your head and shaft thicker? And by doing it hard you would "strecht" it more?

Using the word hard is throwing me off man. When i think of you doing it hard, i think of you squeezing the hardest u can and pulling on your dick hard. THis is not the method of jelging. The reason to jelg is it expands the tissues in the dick but u don't have to necessarily go to the extreme of hurting your dick which will come easy especially if u are a newbie. I think u should work out "intensly" but not in the fashion to hurt your dick do 100 3 second jelgs, or 5-10 minutes of jelgin, than some stretchin. After a while u can incorporate in some girth exercises like the HM, trios, and others, but don't overdue it early man..

Use the search method. I hope u understand, read up on any pe methods u are to try, and inform yourself. U are here for a bigger, better, healthier penis Right???? No sense of FUCKING up your dick by hurting it (sorry for language) anyways overworking and hurting your dick can lead to multiple problems and the outcome of that is no sex, no confidence, lowered self esteem etc, etc, etc.. Listen to me man inform yourself :sm22 , and don't hurt yourself :cool:

Do it in semi-erect penis and in the morning when the testo hormones are high. No don't do it hard, please it would hurt your willie. If you are a beginner at PE, don't expect to rush things and maximize/intensify the routines. Overtime, your penis would adapt to it and then you can intensify the workout.

Use a moderately tight grip, lots of lube, and take 2-3 seconds to complete each stroke. A beginner should start with about 25-50 jelqs total, adding a few reps each workout as he builds up the stamina for it.

I use Vaseline but the bad side is that it gets too messy.

I must admit, after 3 months of PE, i am still a bit unsure of how to perform the Jelq. I used to get red dots everywhere when I started, but after a couple of weeks I stopped seeing them, so I tried to go harder. Are we always sposed to see red dots after the workout?

Monkeyho, I think ur supposed to do it with as enough intensity to feel and see the movement of the blood (the head will expand). Correct me if I'm wrong guys.

The red dots will disapate after multiple sessions.. When u incorporate a new girth exercise in red dots will appear again, and than disapate after a while. It your dick adapting.
Your right on with the movement of blood, after a while your should be able to identify the different feelings, and verify what intensity is best for u.

It's not permanent so don't worry. It just means that your skin was stretching in maximum intensity and that the tissues will heal after you give some break.

No, I don't use pills but many people here do and get good gains along with the exercise.
