hi new user here.
i am amazed at some of the progress some people have made and the knowledge on such things from this board. like anything else it seems like dedication and consistancy pay off. i plan on using the sample routine Big Al has posted, but i can only go everyother day due to work constraints. so i will perform the sizegenetics stuff eod(everyotherday).
i expect to still see progress and i may actually be an easy gainer. for once in my life. i have been using pe sizegenetics system for 3 workouts and amazingly my flaccid state has gone up very noticably. it seems i am almost always walking around with my "full" flaccid state, not the sometimes full hang and other times peeking turtle. i did take measurements before beginning the program but overall size seems to have already been affected. it seems fuller and longer all around all day/night long.
i am currently on anabolic steroids so recovery may actually be enhanced, i am running testosterone propionate and oxandrolone(aka anavar). anavar has an incredible ability to enhance collagen synthesis which means stronger tendons. that may help with pe. i am not advocating it's use for the other members here but it may be playing an interesting part. i will be getting off anabolic steroids this weeks end and will go into my post cycle recovery which includes the use of nolva and clomid. i will also include maca, tribulis and fenugreek. i have seen trib mentioned on this forum, but i have not seen maca or fenugreek reports. but the research i have done on it and anecdotal reports by many users report a huge increase in semen volume. another interesting note is i will begin use of ifg-1 l3 which is the end target goal of growth hormone administration. it is shown to induce hyperplasia or cell splitting. which from an athletes perspective means more muscle cells, meaning more muscle altering genetic potential. though these new cells need to be matured by proper feeding and training. where i feel this will help in PE it's relationship to reports of people enlarging their penises with gh. since this is the primary end product of gh i may actually create more cells in my penis through stretching, jelqing and kegel exercises.
right now i am only doing the size genetics system stretching. to maximize growth should i incorporate a routine such as this as well?

PC Muscle Fitness
100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
