:( I want to become a member of penis-health.com but the techniques involve using your hands and this is where the problem comes in. My hands start to ache. I think I might just grit my teeth and do it, but I want to know is. Is there something I can do to ease the pain or keep it from happening? Some form of massage, supplement, or something?

Sorry mate,
Mine ache from time to time as well but it depends on your hand size and willie. I get cramps between my thumb and forefinger when jelqing and when doing the long schlong heli because I have long fingers and they have to close tight for a good exercise.
What I do if they start to cramp is just stretch the hand in between sets or exercises and I can get through it.
good luck

KingD I can relate. Since my job is to work on computers most of the day my wrist and hands are pretty tired when I get home. The best thing do is what tinknocker said REST and Stretch between exercises or when necessary. Take Care

tinknocker: good suggestion
KingD here's an exercise that might help your hands:
Extend your arm straight out, rotate hand so fingers point down to ground, palm out, and with other hand grab your fingers that are pointed down and lightly pull/stretch those fingers towards you and hold for about a 5 count. This also gives you a nice stretch of your wrist/inner forearm.
You could also once in awhile grab a squeegie ball and rythmically squeeze the ball, thus developing your grip.
Another great exercise I find that works the best for me is this one here:
I'm pretty sure that most of the members here have seen a gripping device where you basically grip and squeeze your fingers together. It looks like a "V" with a coiled spring as the resistance.
But instead of using your whole hand, just squeeze with your thumb and one finger, doesn't matter which finger, but one!
Then you can exercise the next finger, and after that, you could do the other hand.
You can generally find these grips at exercise shops or in the exercise section of Wal-Mart, etc. I have found this to be an enormous supplemental exercise for deloping hand and finger gripping strength. And with improved grip strength you can apply even more squeeze for your PE exercises! :)
But, the longer you do your PE exercises, your overall grip and hand strength should develop as well. This should eventually lead to a grip where you don't experience any aching or nagging pain.
Anyways, I hope that these might help out your program, we wouldn't want you or anybody else to be discouraged by something like an ineffectual grip.
Personally, from my experiences, using the V-grip device and working each finger seperately and on each hand has allowed me to keep on with my program, not that I had I grip problem, per se, but it does help!!! :D
Let me know if anybody decides to try this and if it improves their grip.
Later!
