how is this new routine? i am a newb who has only doing the sizegenetics for 1.5weeks
every other day(eod)
hot towel warm up 3min
kegel 2sets of quick 50reps
wet jelq 200-300
size genetics traction BIG ALs newb routine
is this a good workload for a beginner? too much? or too little? later i plan on adding the DLDs routine, more jelqs and hanging.
my reasoning on this routine is general warm up, muscular contractions, followed by hypertrophy work and lastly stretching. this is the basic format for people who workout, a warm up, muscular contractions, pump, then stretching. doing the stretches last in general has better benefits for increased flexibility.
