Hi guys! I've been here for a few weeks now, and have settled into the following routine:

warmup
few stretches/bundled tunicas
basic jelq for about 10-15 mins
5-10 so supra slammers
5-10 ferrari head squeezes
3 ferrari slider blasters
pc flexes
cool down/shower + light stretching + testicle treats

these numers change as i get better week to week, but essentially the ratio stays the same

also, i am taking a multi-vitamin, starting to take a bit of L-argine and doing a lot of pushups/situps as well as eating healthy and running (when i can). i've also started using the Ring of Power recently, so i hope that will help.

i'm just curious as to what people think about the excercises i have in my routine, and if there are any more effective ones i could add/subsitute. so far i have seen about a half inch in length and about .3 inches in girth, which is pretty nice.

thanks for any replies!

That's pretty good. I should try it out myself

also, sometimes i alternate, like i'll do 3 supras, 3 head, 3 supras, 3 head ... is this ok? i find it easier like this, but is it detracting from the effectiveness? thanks again!

hey, if you like my workout i hope it does you well! good luck!

Why are you doing so many exercises in one workout? What kind of progression sequences are you using?

do you mean how did i build up to this workout?

well i've been doing PE for over 2 months, but i've only been with this site for about a month. before that i was just doing simple stuff that i found on free sites and stuff.

when i started on this site i started with just the basic workout they give, basic stretches, jelqs, HM, pc flexes. i stuck with that for about 2 weeks but didn't notice much change. so i started browsing the forums. each week i substituted a more complex excercise for one of the simple ones. i think i started by putting in the ferraris for HM, then i started on some PC killers, then about 1 week ago i found the supra slammer.

when i first started the above workout i would only do 1 of the excercises, more was too much. i.e. 1 day i would do slammers, the next i would do ferraris. then i started to do them together. now i can comfortably do 5 slammers, 5 30 second ferrari head squeezes, and 2-3 slider blasters. doing this has taken the place of a real pc flex workout b/c so many of these incorporate pc flexing.

the stretching and jelqs are more for warmup/cooldown - they are not intensely done. i find that doing some stretches and light jelqs before really makes the excercise more powerful and effective, as well as more comfortable. also, some light stretching/pc flexes afterwards is just to help restore bloodflow, nothing intense.

do you mean how did i build up to this workout?

Yes, but you'll need to be more specific than the post above. How did your rep scheme change from day to day?

hmm, well i'll try to be as accurate as i can then...

when i first started at penis-health i wasn't counting reps, i did it by time (as per the suggested beginner workout) so i couldn't really tell you for that.

when i first started ferraris, i did 3 30sec head squeezes, and only 1 slider blaster the first day, as a replacement for horizontal movement. i would also do 50 jelqs as a warmup. then i did 4/2 and then 5/3, increasing it every other day.

when i started the supra slammer i only did 2 the first day, as that is very intense. i also did no ferraris that day. for a week i alternated between ferraris and supra slammers for a week, doing 5/3 on the ferraris and doing 3 then 4 then 5 on the supras, adding 1 every other day as i got more used to it.

it's only this week that i've started doing the supras and ferraris on the same day. when i first did them on the same day i tried to do 5 supras, and then a set of 5/3 ferraris, but it was too much. the next day i did 2 supras, 5 head ferraris and 2 sliders. then each day increased the supras by 1, and am now currently at the point where i can comfortably do 6 supras, 5 head and 2 sliders. i still do about 50 jelqs to warmup, as well as just a normal stretch and about 4 bundled tunicas.

i intend to get to the point where i can do 10 supras, 5-10 head ferraris and 3 slider blasters, and then evaluate how well the routine is working and make some adjustments as needed. from my research here, these seem to be the most effective excercises, so i thought that incorporating them all would make for the best workout. please, correct me if i am wrong or w/e - i am still learning!

now all of this was developed via trial and error, after reading penis-health and these forums. also, i have noticed SOME gains, but not the kind that some people here have boasted. so, again, all of this is being posted for A) posterity and B) to get advice and suggestions.

big al, thanks for taking an interest, i do appreciate it =)

If the routine that you're on has given you a half inch in length and about .3 inches in girth, then you seem tto be doing OK for yourself :)

I would say to try to keep the overall number of exercises per workout low. Try to find an exercise for each function (i.e.- a certain stretch for length, a certain movement for girth) and stick with them until they fail to yield results.
