So guy how do you doing your PE routine standing or siting ? for me , easliy is to do streches when i am in stand position , but girth work when i am sitting because then is better and longer erection , so i don't need so much renew my erection , and yes one more question , does anybody else have same thing , that when you sitting then have more better erection then standing ?

Try this when you are standing.

Grab your dick from behind your butt cheeks and stand up straight making sure your dick is between the butt cheeks. This will give you an incredible stretch. It's the original between the cheeks stretch. Try to hold it for 3 minutes. Do this 3 times and you will gain.

Fraty, I do the same - stretches standing up, but jelqs sitting down. I think sitting down helps you keep your erection levels because you're concentrating more on your penis, plus its heaps more comfortable!

It will increase your erect length. Believe me. It's a real hard core stretch. It really great for standing up. The straighter you stand the more stretch you get.

Try it and you will see what I mean.

To hold your grip for 3 minutes wrap a piece of toilet paper around the head of your cock for better gripping action.

Nope, the between the cheeks (BTC) stretch while standing up is one of the best you could ever do. It really attacks the ligs and stretches them.

The exercise was actually invented by a guy named Ferrari. He invented the Ferrari trio exercises. The only exercise I use that he developed is the BTC stretch.

If you want more info on his other exercies do a search for Ferrari or Ferrari Trio.

You are going to love the stretch! I did!

Stand up. Put one foot on a chair or stool. Reach behind you and grab the head of your cock. Stretch your cock straight up and right between your butt cheeks. Take your leg off the stool/chair and see how straight you can stand up while holding on for dear life! :eek:

You will really feel it like no other stretch.

probly can still do long shlong, do it after the btc stretch u will probly be able to really pull it out after warming up those ligs. Also stretching in the hot shower is a really good way to stretch the ligs. Wash ur hands and dick with a non lotion soap like face soap and u should beable to get a good grip...

Sitting down is ideal because blood tends to flow and settle more in the groin region when you are in a sitting position.
