Right now the biggest obstacle I am facing with my PE is after i do my warmup cloth i get a boner. I wait around for it to go away and it doesnt. I usually end up masterbating and never finishing my PE. help.:sm32

Try taking a shower instead and start your stretching exercises in there and once you get out, do the rest

It would be good doing your jelqs and girth work first... because most of them need >75% erections. If you end up with a full blown boner, just do quick kegals until it goes away. :)

In your case it would be best to do your girth exercises first such as jelqing.

This should desentesize your dick enough to do some length exercises afterwards.

Yes, a boner is ideal for a majority of the exercise because the objective is to increase the blood flow and amount the the penis can hold once you have completed those inital exercises you can relieve yourself and then do the stretching routines.
