Im new to the program. 19 going on 20, dont wanna use any pills, just excercise.
Where on the site can I see examples and find out what routines I should be doing?
5 1/2 length and 5 girth, going for 7 to 71/2 length and 6 girth. I know I've got a long way to go but I'm ready to at least get started.:)
