I am new to the program, I tried a different one in the past, but after a month, I gave up, due to no results. I was hoping someone could give me some tips, or give me the workout that is working for them. I can't afford the pills at the moment, but when I can I will get them. THANX

If you always give up at the end of a month you will never see results. I've gained about .25 inches in length and girth over three months using a routine of ten minutes worth of stretches and 100-150 jelqs. I then do some sqeezes and Ferrari Slider Blasters.

My goal is to gain another quarter inch in length and hopefully that much in girth too in the next three months so I will be increasing the length and intensity of the workouts. I was doing about 4 times a week but I'm going for at least 5-6 times from now on.

Unless things have changed, you can print out a beginner, intermediate, and advanced workout from this site. I've got one.

Yea dont give up after one month. I know that sometimes I have trouble being my max when I measure and use to think I didnt gain until recently. After 2 months I have about an extra .5 in in lenght, not sure on girth, but my gf commented I was thicker. My routine?

3 min warm up cloth
long shlong x 5
180 jelqs
long shlong (but pc flexing the last 5 seconds on each stretch) X4
hot shower.

I dont do horizontal movement Cause I dont want too much extra girth compared to lenght. My girth started at 5.5.

Don't u just love when they comment like that. And u know there not lyin cuz you have noticed it is a little thicker, and she's a little tighter.

Where are there examples or explainations on how to do the exercises?
