I have read that one of the best ways to strengthen the PC muscle is to stop and restart the flow when urinating.

This seems to be a very easy way to do it and it keeps me from forgetting. I remember to do it when I gotta go.

Just wondering what the members here thought about this an exercise.

I could see the relation...when I really have to take a piss...I really don't feel like holding it in...when I really am ready to pop one...I really don't feel like holding it in. Good idea...but I'll avoid doing it in public restrooms :-/

But of course. It's a good habit. I do it all the time, public or private. If anyone stares or looks at me funny I just say, "pc exercise, you got a problem?" ~grin~

Anytime you go to the washroom is an excellent opportunity to practice your PC's!!!
