View Full Version : My Goals - Help Me Set up a program

I am a 19 year old college student and as of right now my sex life has been better. I went out with a girl for about a year and a half and we broke up in about May. Since then though, I have had a very low libido and things arent working out as I wish. I have had a few experiences where I could not keep an erection or not have strong ones, and others where I could just not last long. I do not have a small dick but it isnt big either, probably 6-6.25. I have always wished I was slightly bigger so I could get girls off and stuff like that. I figure my main goal is just to get stronger erections and last longer in bed, but while doing this I could increase my size and eventually increase my confidence. Please help me set up a program to acocmplish the following things:

1) Get and keep stronger erections.
2) Last longer in bed.
3) Greater size and girth erect, and flacid.

I am willing to purchace pills, as long as a lot of people have confidence in the product recommended. I will be in a dorm room with a roomate so doing exersizes is kinda tricky but I will definitely find time to do them. Please give me your experiences and advise becuase this seems like it could have life changing results.

For starters let me say welcome, and u have come to the right place. Let me first start by saying your dick is more than enough to get girls "off". You should give penis-health a look. I got a membership there long ago and the 50 bucks is well worth it. It has videos and consultations and goes into depth on exactly how to do the exercises, if not u can use the search method for jelqs, Long Shlong, and Horizontal movements but the expanations may not be as good. I would start like this:
3 minute hot cloth
75-100 3 second jelgs
25 Horizontal Movement
Long shlong 3 sets 10-15 seconds each strait out, down, "left, right if ur comfertable" i do mine in the hot shower but u may have a problem gettin a grip.
Hot shower, and 50 pc flexes.

I would recommend waiting on the pills unto you have proven you are willing to do the exercises on a regular basis. Make it a kind of goal, like once you have done the exercises for 6 weeks order a bottle of pills. This will also give you a control in that you will know how things work with and without the pills.

If you have a roommate and a public bathroom it could be difficult to find the time to do jelqs and other exercises where lube is needed. But try to jelq for at least a few minutes every day when you are in the shower and do a lot of stretching when the roommate is gone.

To last longer you need to do PC flexes, which should give you harder erections and better control in bed. Do a forum search on these for explanations. The good thing about PC flexes is that they can be done anytime.

Here's what you can try:

1) PC flexes
2) PC flexes
3) jelq, long schlong, long schlong heli, BTC stretch, squeeze, sit-down stretch (this one is just for flaccid length)

For 3), read up on all of them and see which ones you like, but i think the most IMPORTANT ones, to start off with are jelq and long schlong. And sit-down for your flaccid length, for when you shower in the gym to make ppl go :eek:

I think Hawk said this before and it's what I do. I do all my jelq's "in the shower". What i really do is sit outside the shower and do 75 reps of 3 seconds... it takes about 10 minutes, then jump in and wash off the vaseline. Streches you can do any time of the day when your mate isnt around.

This sounds like a very legit plan. How long do you think this would take, not including a shower afterwards, just warmup to the end? I have to figure out how to fit this into my schedule and be committed. I will either have to get a membership to one of these sites or find sites that show the basics, just to proove to myself that I am committed. I have been sorta doing PC's for a while now I think, cause I heard of them before, but I have a lot of trouble locating and keeping the hold for 3 seconds. I can really only clench it and it sorta releases itself. Any tips on how to make this better?

Any other advise on waht site to check out and whatnot would be greatly appreciated.

PS - About two years ago I believe I got a membership to a site called penile advantage or something like that, but lost focus and never really used it, than it dissapeared. Does anyone know what happend to this site?
