Hi guys,
am a newcomer just came across the website which really impress me.
i always dream of having a bigger penis and now seems like i have found the remedy.
anyway, i have read the free penis enlargement guide and feel like giving it a try b4 i sign up for Penis-Health.
How many times can i do the exercise per day? any specific time that i should do that?
any special details that i should take note before starting the exercise?
i really wish to make some gain for m penis and thus would appreciate you guys' helps.

Try doing some stretching and jelqing for 10-20 minutes to start, and try to do it as often as possible (shoot for 5-6 times per week). Once you get used to the basic exercises, you can begin to modify your routine, but the important thing is that you stick with it for as long as possible.

Make sure you get 1 or two rest days per week though, I would recommend two days off a week for a beginner. 2 days on, 1 day off is what I'm doing at the moment.

Hi Guys,
hv tried to do the exercise today and ended up cumming. is that normal that this happen?
Also, when exercising the PC muscle, the penis goes soft after a few tries and should i keep stroke myself to a manual erection to continue?
when doing the Jelp, because of my foreskin and pubic hair , it makes it a little painful to do the milking. do i need to apply some location or oil to smooth the milking and trim or shave the pubic hair?
cant wait to see some gain and thanks in advance for your helps.

You should avoid ejaculating during exercises (and for three hours before and after, according to the "3 hour rule", if you wish to believe that to be correct) because it causes the blood flow to decrease to the penis thus making it less responsive to stimulation for a certain time.
On exercising the pc muscle it does'nt really matter if your erect or not. It's the same thing either way. The only difference is you can see your penis moving when erect.
Concerning jelqing I find it difficult to do because I too have a lot of foreskin which gets in the way. Insteed I only do the V stretch ex for girth. It has the same effect. And yes you need to apply lotion to ease the friction (I recommend you get some Johnson baby lotion, -available in most supermarkets).
Shaving your pubic hair? Do what feels best for you.
Personally I really do think you should ease into it. So if you've just started I suggest you do PE every other day (for the first 4 weeks). Remember: exercise is just as important as rest.

I have the same problem with the foreskin, but I still do jelqing my way as it is one of the most important exercises in PE. I jelq with only one hand (switching between hands after 20 reps) by bringing the skin back to the base after each rep.

why not use both hands and as u reach the head with the left hand "while holding the skin with the right" grab at the base with the right, move the left down to the base and continue up with the right. It will trap more blood in and make ur jelqs better..

The problem is that my balls also go up when jelqing, so when I grab at the base at the moment my left hand is up I will grab (under) my balls. Now you say hold the skin with the right hand, (that may help), but then you say go back down with the left hand and up with the right. So were do I leave my left hand at that moment? If I remove the left hand and go up with right I have the same problem again.
I have tried several things, but if someone has a good solution that would be great!

Ok ill explain again.. Say ur about to jelq. You grab at the base with ur right hand and start to move it up when u get about an inch up your dick, position your left hand around the base holding back the skin. When u reach the glans with ur right let go, and begin to slide ur left hand up about an inch up grab at the base with ur right hand, and so on and so forth.
Heres another way make a peace sign, u know index finger middle finger. NOw turn that upside down as if to be making the peace sign pointing downward OK. Now ur jelqin again, right hand at base about to move up the shaft, an inch up slide ur upside down peace sign around ur dick (dick inbetween middle and index) u can hold back the skin that way.. If u don't understand this and somebody else does and can explain it easier please do its hard to explain.
Now iam circumscised but i get skin moving up as well and holding back the skin gives me a good jelq.

Maybe this won't work for u but holding back the skin at the base works for me, and plenty of lube..
