I was just wondering,I have seen where you can grow 1-3 inches. Now is this in the flaccid state or the erect state. And also I saw that you can lose the strength of your erection and if this happens will it go away if you stop pe?Thanx in advance!

Belive that would be in erect state. I really think overworking, and abusing the dick is the main reason for lost erection. Ive had minor symptoms of this but not many..

A big part of the decline in erection strength can often be attributed to the PC flexes. Men aren't typically accustomed to performing these conscientiously, and doing so (or even discovering how to do so) is a completely new form of exercise.
The result being that the PC muscle is temporarily exhausted---hence, the weaker erections, which are also temporary and will rejuvenate as the PC muscle regains its strength.
Recovery will come easier as you become more accustomed to the PC work and PEing in general.

I think early on the most noticeable gains come in the flaccid state. But erect gains have come for those of us who stuck with it. In either case if you want 1-3 inches you have to look at this as a long term effort (i.e. months and years and not days and weeks).

As you all know keeping blood regularly flowing through the penis is a key factor in PEing, well, my thought came to me the other day as i was getting ready to donate plasma, i have to drink alot of water b4 hand, and noticed when i was full of water, my penis began to getting thicker flaccid, possibly this could be used for keeping the penis gorged between your workouts and maybe better overall long term gains, thought i'd run it past you all, also i cant seem to post a new thread so i could run this past the whole board...

So you're saying, when you just start off doing PC work, your PC will get exhausted since you're not used to using it so much. But if you keep exercising it regularly it will get used to it and get stronger??

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying.
Also keep in mind that the other parts of a PE routine (i.e. stretching/girthwork) may also have the effect of weakening erections too as a result of the "de-sensitizing" effects they have on the penis...not to mention that all that work is just tiring for your unit, period.
Just remember that this weakening of erections that we are talking about here---because it is brought on by exercise---is temporary and that, ultimately, your PC muscle and your unit will be stronger as a result.

That's what I wanted to hear! I've been a bit worried lately because my "unit" (haha i love that word) isn't as responsive to my gf as it used to be before I started PE, and I don't want her to get the wrong idea. :(

Is there anything in particular I could do to get my erections back the way they were quicker though?

Thanks Big Vine

IMO, a beginner should refrain from going to exhaustion in any part of his routine. The purpose of the beginner phase [which can last from 4-8 weeks] is to familiarize the trainee with the exercises and to help him develop a strength base. Once the beginner phase is past, a trainee will know more or less what his limitations are and will be less likely to hurt himself while performing intense routines.

I would just let this happen naturally. As Big Al said, make sure you're not over-doing things. After a few weeks of sticking to an exercise routine, your erections should become stronger again. Just give it some time.
The best thing you can do is try not to think about it---especially when it comes to sex---because that will only make it even more difficult to get an erection. If it starts to really get in the way of things, just ease up on your routine (esp. on the PC work).
