I just joined up to the program yesterday. I wish to hear from people here, as to what gains they have seen.
My penis is of the following size:
flacid
Lenght = 4.5 inches
Girth = 4 inches
erect
Length = 7 inches
Girth = 4.75
I would like to add 2 inches to both length and girth whilst erect. Is this is likely proposition? If so...roughly which exercises should be focused upon?

yes it is very much possible but will take hard work...Length will come first.

And what do you mean "hard work"? More repetitions?

If you just started the program, first of all, if you want to see some example of routines or exercises, and how to perform them correctly so that you are doing them right, check out the videos. You can visually see how they are to be performed, too.
Also, if you've never done any PE at all, you will have to ease your way into doing the exercises. This means that you start off by being easy on yourself. Don't just grab your wank and squeeze as hard as you can and also pull as hard as you can. Starting off in this fashion will most likely get you an injury, eek!, and, well, you've crashed before you've even lifted off, so to speak!
And then, you'll probably get discouraged by the fact that you'll have to be on downtime, waiting for yourself to heal, before beginning the program again (just speculating, here!) and probably quit altogether because of the bad experience you've just had.
So, with this in mind, take into consideration that is very easy to cause unwanted damage by being too excited to start off. You've got to get your wank accustomed to the vigours and stretching and pulling and what-have-you that your wank goes through. This means starting off lightly, get a feel for HOW your wank feels during, and after, and then, when you get more experienced at the exercises and programs, and get the basics down good, then you can probably tinker around with the exercises. There are many!
I suggest that you take a look at the routines listed on the Home page that are a suggested beginning start, get to know them, get a base started, and go from there.
I'm not saying all this to discourage you, or anybody else that is just beginning too, but to caution, really! The potential for unwanted self-inflicted harm is there if you don't temper your enthusiasm with commen sense. After all, a baby has to crawl first before being able to walk (as an analogy)!
But, the program DOES WORK!!! I'll tell you that right now. You will see results. It won't be right away, but it will happen. Just take your time, and do it right the first time around, eh?
Believe me when I say you will be doing the best thing for your willie's health by starting out in sane and sensible fashion! :)
Your expectations that you have are all attainable goals!
I myself have gotten appreciable results so far! :D But I started off slowly, and over time as you get a more resilient wank, then you can introduce different techniques into your program.
But enough of the warbling, you get the general idea of what I am trying to say, and get at 'er! :D
