RnPn: good, you've taken the first step.

Now, you want to do something about it!

Well, I suggest that the first thing that you should do is read the site, look at the exercises, watch the video clips, and start on a routine. There are several that are listed.

If you are new to PE, what you should do, to prevent injury to yourself, is to watch the clips in order to know how to perform them correctly, thus reducing your chances of injury! You definately do not want to jump the gun and go full blast at the beginning. You will have to gradually get your willie used to the program, which means starting out cautiously. It is easy to do damage to yourself if you do not know what you are doing, or are doing it to enthusiastically. Then, you will be in a downtime mode, waiting for the injury to heal, and probably leading to a feeling of frustration at not going ahead in the program. You can really avoid this scenario if you are smart about it.

So, you'll have to perform the exercises to get results, though! You don't want to start off doing advanced exercises which puts a lot of stress on your tissues, skin, vessels, capillaries, ligaments etc. You have to build up to this type of intensity. And to do this you'll have to start off by doing the basics, first. Once you have been doing the basics for a while, then you can advance on.

All of the workouts will provide you with gains. If you work hard at doing PE, you will attain your goals. For some people, they may see results in a quicker time frame than some other people. Everybody gains differently. You may find that your goals may take a little longer, or you may find that you'll realize them in only 10 months. You never know until you start doing PE. The sooner the better! :)

I suggest breaking up your main goal into smaller goals. For example, aim for a 1/2 inch first, then, when you reach that, aim for another 1/2 inch. It is easier to get motivated by achieving goals that are set out within reach. This, in turn, keeps motivating you even more. And before you know it, your there at your main goal. So, motivation has a lot to do with achieving a smaller goal that you set out for yourself, than trying to shoot for the moon on your first attempt.

So, good luck on your journey, and, hey, keep us posted, eh? :D
