I cant make any gains!

I have been a member for almost 2 month. I am sure I am doing the exercise fine. my current workout is from the free consoltation which everyone appears to be getting the same

2 min warmup
5 min stretch
5 min jelq
5 min power stretch
6 min jelq and hold
4 min weighted pc
2 min cooldown

I ussally do about an extra minute on each.

I thought I was making gains, I look a little bit bigger when flacid I can see more veins, I am sore the next day.

But when I pulled out the tape at the end of the month nothing. nothing at all when hard!

Should I take more rest? Should I jelq more? What can I do on my rest days to recoperate better?

I read that someone was jelqing 20 minutes and making good gains, should I try this? What do I do?

unregistered: I could offer some ideas that you might like.

First, have you been doing this particular routine for awhile now?
If you have, and you are seeing minimal results, maybe it is time to increase the intensity. You are already pushing approximately 40 minutes, so increase the intensity of your exercises. With two months of PE, your willie should be resilient enough to handle an increase in intensity.

Secondly, the reason you might not be seeing gains could be that your bud has become used to the routine; it has "learned" the exercises. In other words, the routine, instead of being a precursor for growth, it has become redundant. If this is the case, then you should develop a new series of exercises in order to shock your buddy into growing. He's gonna say "Whoa, what's going on here? These aren't the exercises that I was just doing! I better get used to these now!" And of course when your bud gets used to those exercises, you switch things around on your bud. The important thing to recognize is that you have to introduce your bud to new stimuli.

Thirdly, how are you measuring yourself? Is it bone-pressed (the measuring mechanism)? Are you measuring in the same location everytime? It's very hard to be consistent when measuring your erection because, for example, you've spent some time flexing your PC to engorge your bud, getting ready for the measurement, you reach over for the tape, and what do you know, it retracts slightly, giving off a false reading.

There's three possible areas worth looking at:
1. Intensity
2 Redundancy
3. Measuring

Bottom line from me, unregistered, (by the way, if you register, we can get to know you, it's free to sign up) group your stretches in the beginning portion of your routine, combine your jelqs into one portion, and increase the intensity of your routine (sensibly, though)! Here you've rearranged the order of your routine. It might be enough to shock your buddy into providing you with some gains! :) Do try doing 20 minutes of jelquing. You never know if this is the catalyst that kickstarts your gains!

Another 20 days and still no positive results.

I have switched my training to

Warmup 3min (I use a glass with hot water and soak my penis and balls)
I then but one leg up on my bed and grab the penis from behind and pull down. I do this for 5 min then switch to the other leg for another 5 min. This stretch seems to be very intense I get a very strong stretching feeling in my penis.

I then Jelq for 10 min followed with Jelq and Hold for 5 min. I ussally the do a weighted pc for 2 min. Followed with the same warmup with the glass of hot water for 3 min.

I have a few questions.

1
All my stretching has been by pulling down. I only seem to feel some tension when i pull down. When I measure flacid my penis measure slightly bigger than when it is erect and pointed up. Why? SHould i keep stretching only down? When i stretch to the sides or up I dont feel anything.

I am horibble at jelqing. I cant seem to do a regular jelq. I think this is because I am to small. 5" . I seem to pull my skin with it if I make an 'O' with my hand. I have checked the video and picture lots but it just does not work. If i just press my index finger and thumb against the base of my penis and make like a 'u' it seems to work better. I also find the best jelq for me is one handed but I am not sure if it is effective. It makes my penis very full compared to all the other exercises.

PC exercises. Maybe I am not doing enogh. SHould i do them right after my workout? Or though the day? How much do the pc flexes have to do with length? I knwo that they are important but I just need some length gains.


I really just would like some gains in length. At this point I dont care at all about girth. It has been 3 month and I have nothing to show except for a lot of time sitting in my room. I am very determined and have put alot of energy and time already in.


I need help????

I have not been using any pills and I have seen minor flacid gains around 1/8 in 3 months. Nothing to be proud of. I should also add I have been going 2 days on with 1 day off.

Will I make better length gains with stretching or jelqing? How much would be to much stretching? 10 - 15 min

I should also add that after I do the excercise my penis becomes quite small. It is large right when I am finished but after about half an hour it becomes quite small for the rest of the day.

Is this normal?

wow man, this is crazy b/c i'm experiencing the same problems you are, and seem to be the same starting penis length. I have been only doing the program for about 2 weeks, but my penis does srink after workouts, ONLY my flaccid state has increased and i am 5". if you get help please let me know!! by the way what nationality are you ?
i'm starting to think there's a physical body barrier preventing growth.

You are wrong in that presumption. PE is not a discriminately oriented program. It will work for anybody. The key here is preserverance.

You must give it time. Results do not come overnight usually, for most people. You have to remember that it is a slow process.

PE works. Don't give up on it, stick it out.

I am Determined that I can do this and I am not going to quit, I just seem to be having some trouble.

I will suggest a few things here that may help you out.

From what you have said, your routine goes like this:

warm-up: 3 min
stretching: 10 min
jelq/hold: 15 min
pc weight: 2 min
warm-down: 3 min

total: 33 min for pe session

Compare your first routine, which took you approximately 40 min vs your new routine of approximately 33 min, and you can see you have a differential of -7 minutes! What you lose in duration, you should be increasing the intensity of your pe session.

So, increasing intensity is one option to look into.

Next, you say you are on a 2 on 1 off schedule. Why not going on a 3 on 1 off schedule? By changing your schedule to a 3 on 1 off, you add an extra day of pe'ing to your week.

Perhaps you are at a plateau and just need to get off it! Usually, performing a shock routine would be the catalyst to get your penis to finally start showing some gains. By doing a shock routine, which would be described as, for example, doing double, triple, or even quadruple, the number of jelqs, your penis should be blasted out of its sleep, so to say! Just a reminder, if you do the shock routin, to take a couple days off in order to give your penis ample time to heal.

Something else to try. After pe'ing, over the next couple of hours, get and maintain an erection for a few minutes. This will keep your penis in a constant, or near to it, engorged state, and supplying it every now and then with fresh new blood.

To help with flaccid gains, try performing some sitdown stretches, for about 20-30 minutes a go.

You're right, don't give up on pe, just hang in there, we are all here to offer support and advice. :)
