I been doing PE for quite some time.. stuck at about 7 inches... i want extreme results like you... right now routine is like this
stretches in shower in all directions, between the cheecks, and tunica
at least 50 jelqs in all directions
uli squeezes where i trap blood at base with O and put one more finger and grip.. then jelq to base after about 3-45 seconds
then horizontal movement and/or needling but those sometimes put me over the verge of busting... routine is about an hour..
make me a routine and i will stick to it like glue... i want to see how your techniques and advice work for me.... ashirvad and habibi
