Hi guys... I`m totally new to the whole program... I have not completely read all the info on here but I was wondering... for these exercises...
Are they done every day? Is there a day of rest like in training you body? When you pfoduce the tears in your tissue, don`t you have to allow for healing time?
Is there a section in the website that addresses this?
I really don`t want to hurt my little buddy
He means alot to me and I want him to grow bigger, and stronger...
Thanks in advance...
Hey unregistered, I read your "BIG thanks guys" post... and a BIG THANKS to you for that, I feel better about doing this...

Welcome dude. Go to the home page. Go down left column to "new features". Click on "workout routines". Read thoroughly! It'll give you a good idea on how to proceed. It is best to exercise for 2 days then rest a day for healing. You are correct that healing is necessary. Don't beat that buddy up at the start. Gradually acclimate him to the Penis Exercises and proceed from there. Do your exercises properly and you will have success. Watch the videos for proper technique. Take time to traverse the site and become aware of the immense amount of info.
Glad to meet you. Keep coming back. There's some great guys here.

Ditto. You nailed it Iwillachieve.
Sensha, your gains come from your rest days, so yes, you need to have rest days in order to heal the trauma that your skin and tissues have been subjected to.
If in the beginning you go all out for it trying to attain your goal in one session, you might incurr an injury...which you definitely don't want to have happen, leading to downtime for recovery, time off, loss of enthusiasm, and then giving up!!! :(
Take the time to read all the information off the home page, then the forum where you'll get some excellent advice, and then you've got a solid base of knowlege to work from.
Most of the members here, I assume, are on a 3 on 1 off schedule, although you can go 2 on 1 off, if you like. But, the most important thing is don't overtrain your buddy!
The old adage, "no pain, no gain" does not apply when conducting PE. Do it sensibly, listen to your body (your willie, that is) eat right, sleep right, but basically live right!
Now that you've taken your first step on the path of PE, with all this invaluable information avialable at your fingertips, you're well on your way to your destination! :)
Later!

Hey Guys, It seems I spoke too soon. As I was done with that message, I immediately found the routines... Excellent I might add...
(add LOL) I done the PC Flex for quite a while. I know it`s power.
I`m multi-orgasmic although one orgasm would often do it:D
It`s not orgasmic I want, it`s size-mic!!! LOL... hey, Penis Health can use that in their pitch... (am I smelling a royalty here?) LOL.
Well guys, sorry for babblin but I`m excited because I like the way it feels already. Since I`ve done the PC exercises, I felt I was able to start with the 35 to 40 minute workout. Between the forum and the routines, I was able to understand what this entails.
I teach self-defense and I have a nice Chi-Kung exercise that I can show whoever would like to supplement their training... sort of like cross-training. In Taoist philosophy, it is most important to retain your essence, which is your sperm, or rather the energy that the sperm is.
Some of these techniques are done in Iron Shirt Chi Kung. This is more penis enlargement based and the Iron Shirt uses the saved "essence" or sperm and uses that energy to nourish the internal organs. But I believe they can be combined to have an even greater effect. Chi-Kung improves the circulation... so that`s proff that it will help us... :)
Have a good night.

sensha: now this is pleasant to hear! :)
I too have been involved in martial arts. I too have studied doaist philosophies, meditations, qi-gong, anatomy, etc. I have also practiced Iron shirt, as well as iron palm, and I know a little about the Three Treasures (the three essential energies of life):
1. chi (qi) - life energy, or breath of life
2. shen - spiritual energy
3. jing - sexual energy, a yin form of qi
It is this last energy, jing, that I also am trying to cultivate with meditations and qi-gong, and to compliment my PE with, too!
It's great to meet somebody else who also lives this way.
Anyways, you sound like you're off to good start with the PE program!
Keep us posted!
Later!
