Im a complete newbie to all of this (I signed up ages ago but only started now).
Im using the 7-10 minute beginner's workout program. maybe ill move up in a week or so. I welcome any reccomendations. I'm looking mostly for gains in length and the time I can last (my main concern is time at the moment actually).
One problem though... I'm way over sensitive and whilst doing horizontal movement have to keep stopping and starting because I come really close to cumming (yeh I know, how sad is that). What should I do?
I welcome any advice on changing my routine, exercises, etc. help!
ps. I've read about "pc killers" and they sound like something I should be doing, is it okay for a beginner to be working his pc muscle that hard?
pps. anyone ever heard of/tried "black/jamaican stone". I just ordered some. I tried stud 100 but it just gave me a rash and din't help at all.
