Hey guys!

I signed about about 3 months ago. I started doing the excercies, and then go bored of them, so I stopped. I reccently got back on the program, and I've been getting some notcible gains. My dick has gained a little girth and a little length, doing the program only 3 weeks!

Heres my questions.

1. With the Jelq method, how often are you suppose to release youre hand?? if the workout is suppose to be 10 mins long, should i NEVER let go of a hand for THAT long?

2. I'm starting to get blood spots (little bit) on my penis, should I stop doing the excersises, or keep on going?

Oh yeah, about the Jelq question... if I'm suppose to release my hand.. when SHOULD i do it?? and how often?

and about the blood spots. if i need a break.. how long?? or should i just keep doing my normal routine?

Tricky,

TO be honest with you, I never started seeing gains until
I started getting little blood spots. I guess I was not
working it hard enough before that. They should certainly
go away within a day.

I do not get them all the time - just occasionally now.

I have found that if I hot wrap a bunch after working out,
that my blood spots are reduced in intensity and duration.

tricky311: have you had a chance to view the basic video of jelquing? This should give you an idea of to how the technique is supposed to be performed.

The way I do it is, basically, when you are approaching your head with the jelquing hand, release your grip just behind the head, and at the same time, with your other hand, apply the OK grip at the base, jelq from there and when done this way, it is the one-hand-over-another method. Use whichever grip method you find appropiate.

And as for blood spots, I am going to assume that they are occuring on your head. I wouldn't worry too much about the spots. I find that in my situation whenever I encounter them after a workout, they usually disappear by the next session!

It is also an indication that you should be warming up thoroughly prior to your workout. Performing an adequate warm up reduces the chances of incurring blood spots. Don't forget to warm down, this is just as important as the warm up!

Later!

I warm up for over 5 mins usually and still get blood spots
