Yep supplementing it after your workout is a good way to keep that blood moving. It won't have the effect prosolution or something would but it helps..

hi. i had a slight stroke in december 04. and i have to take one asprin every morning after breakfast, this dose me no harm and i take PRO SOLUTION PILL'S wich help with blood flow as well. DO NOT TAKE MORE THEN ONE A DAY as this will cose internal bleading. be warned..
