My personal workout says to do the long schlong after jelq, so the penis is is stretched when it's at a bigger size. However, the workout routines show the long schlong before the jelq.

Also, the excercise description says to do the pub flexes at the beginning of the workout because they help promote blood flow. However, the excercise routines all show them all at the very end.

Can someone please help clarify this? Thanks!

nsn: here's something that I do for myself in my routine.

I warm-up, do the stretches, then jelquing, then warm down.

This is what I found works for me. :)
