Sizegenetics.com members section closed?

Hi all, first post here. I purchased the sizegenetics package (no pun intended) deal about a week ago and received a confirmation email. However, I have not had my credit card carged and can not access teh members page. Does anybody know if the site is down or of any other difficulties in ordering?
