Before I joined this program 1 week ago and started doing the 35-40 minute advanced workout, I was doing a free penis enlargement program which consisted of 5 sets of 12 second stretches to the front followed by rotation for 15 seconds. I did the same for the left side stretch and the right side. Then I did 100 jelqs with each hand. I followed this program for 2 weeks. The next 3 weeks I changed the program by doing 200 jelqs with each hand but kept the stretches the same. My gains from doing this free program every other day was 1/4" in length and 1/4" in girth. I use high doses of 4 androstenediol 5 days a week with a dose every 2 or 3 hours from about 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I also used a generic version of horn goat weed, the Vitamin Shoppe brand. It's at least half the price with the exact same ingredients. On my 2 days off andro, I took 625 mg of tribulus terrestris, very cheap Vitamin Shoppe brand, but effective and continued with generic horny goat weed, in addition to working out 5 or 6 days a week for only 1/2 hour at a time. I have no idea why I am imparting all this information! Anyway, my question is: "What are the fastest realistic gains anyone can get using this program's most advanced techniques on a 3 on 1 day off routine?" Darren recommended a 3 on 1 off 25-30 minute routine which included the pressured shlong which I find uncomfortable to do. Moving my thumb along a stretched penis pulls the skin and chafes it, also makes me not concentrate as much on pulling as hard as I can with the other hand. Instinct tells me that I will gain faster If I do the double hand shlong and the long shlong heli(I'm not sure if I got the names right, as I am typing frantically). Intuition also tells me that I will gain faster if I do a 40 minute instead of a 30 minute routine. By the way, can the sit down stretch be done separately and apart from the regular routine as is indicated with the penis head exercises? Can it be done 6 days a week in addition to the 40 minutes, 3 days on, 1 day off routine? As far as the independent study is concerned, those gains look very impressive for the amount of time on the program. It said that the 50 participants had been a member for 2 months or less. Is it fair to conclude then that if I am doing the exercises hard and religiously for 2 months that chances are I will get the same as the average results of the study, namely 1.5" in length and 1.3" in girth? Sorry, I have a lot on my mind. Answers to all questions by members and support staff would be appreciated.

I admire your diligence towards creating a successful workout.
The fact that you are taking supplements with your workout shows that you are eager to obtain your gains as quickly as possible. This is a good thing, and will definitely happen for you.
The first impression I get from what you have said is, that you are spending too much time coordinating your supplements with your workout. Everything that you supplement individually can be combined by taking one ProSolutionPills (www.prosolutionpills.com)…3 times a day every day regardless of your routine. These are the PE pills I take and I recommend them to anyone…not because they come highly recommended by this and other websites, but because they work!:D
The next thing I notice about your questions…was the condenced version of a thread that you recently posted titled, “Is this overtraining?” which was successfully answered by tigerbartlett of which I will quote here with regards to the sit down stretch’s done separately from your regular routine.
“rumble: try this idea, you'll be able to do both on your workout day! Instead of doing the sitting stretches after your workout, try to do them before your workout, for example, earlier in the day whenever you have some free time!!”
In addition to this, I will confirm your answer to the question of whether it can be done 6 days a week in addition to the 40 minutes, 3 days on, 1 day off routine?…By saying; Yes. :cool:

The answer is the answer you have given yourself.

Remember, we are all here to help each other because we’re all on the same side of the team towards achieving our goals. However, when our instincts or intuition speaks to us, it is always important to listen. Rest assure the answers lye within.
So it is, that you should create your workout routine to suit your needs. And when you feel something isn’t working for you, always come back here and ask your questions. Your fellow members are eager to assist.

Thank you for the comprehensive and well thought out response to the sit down stretch question Edward. By the way, I gained another 1/8th inch in length after 9 days on advanced 40 minute, 3 days on, 1 day off program. My measurements are very accurate. I always measure with the same ruler and to the pubic bone. I haven't measured erect girth yet. So far I've done the sit down stretch for 2 days and unbelievably, I gained 1/4" in flaccid length. I think it's mostly the sit down stretch that's responsible for that even though I do other stretches during my 40 minute workout.
