FYI, members.
-Spent one month with Men's Forte - gained nothing.
-Switched to Penis-Health
-After 6 weeks gained 1.0 cm (0.39" in length. And big zero in girth!?
-Workout plan what I use:
The Wake Up Cloth 3
The Long Shlong Heli 6
The Jelq & Hold 8
The Power Stretch 4
Horizontal Movement 3
The Wake Up Cloth 1
PC Flex Basic 300-400
Needling (10 reps)-started one week ago.
Guys, please, advise what to do to gain girh.

I think that horizontal movement feels more comfortable with the right hand in a reverse ok grip(back of hand facing up). Doing it the other way doesn't allow you to go low enough down the penis shaft because you have the other 3 finger from the pinky to the middle finger taking up space. I also find that you can get a stronger grip with the reverse ok grip. I think that you should increase time that you do the horizontal movement and also add a couple of minutes of regular intense jelqs.

Hmmm...it's very interesting idea. Very logical and helpfull. Reverse grip? Very smart. I'll start with it.
So, rumble, you think only to increase horiz. mov. time and add regular jelq would help to increase girth?
You know, I have the problem to keep the penis semi-erected during horiz. mov.

I also have a bit of a problem maintaining an erection or semierection when jelqing or doing any exercise that requires an erection or semierection. I suggest not ejaculating within 24 hours of doing the exercises and also timing the time you take any penis pill, not necessarily just for penis enlargement, but any aphrodisiac like horny goat weed or comparable product about 1 hour before you exercise. 4-androstenediol products also work well for that. Anyway, when jelqing, sometimes I do only 4 jelqs with each hand and my erection starts to go below 50%, so I masturbate a little with a porno magazine and within 20 seconds I resume my workout because I have close to a full erection then.

Ya, that's what I am also doing. But, my work out lasts much longer after that.

rumble: I can understand what you are saying about timing the pills in conjunction with PE, but, what about the 24 hour suggestion of not ejaculating before PE? Where did you come by the number? Just wondering!
Personally, I believe about a couple hours should be alright, but this is my belief. When you ejaculate, afterwards the penile tissues tend to contract, or retract, or withdraw, whatever, and that you should be relatively recovered by then to perform PE.
Although I can see the position you take, if for example, an older person was performing PE exercises and would need quite a bit of time to recover before doing a productive session.
Maybe I just answered my question! :)

Tigerblatt, I came up with the number 24 hours really only as an arbitrary, common sense number. I agree with you that it only takes a few hours to fully recover for young people generally. But I have a problem ejaculating during exercises. Especially the jelq and the weighted pc exercise. I hope ejaculating unintentionally when I do the exercises doesn't limit my gains too much.
