Can somebody answer this question for me? If somebody is doing a 35-40 minute advanced workout, can they do the sit down stretch separately at a different time from the workout if they do the workout 3 days on, 1 day off(6 days a week)? The head exercise says that it can be done separately from the rest of the workout. Can the same be done for the sit down stretch to maximize results or is that overtraining?

rumble: try this idea, you'll be able to do both on your workout day! Instead of doing the sitting stretches after your workout, try to do them before your workout, for example, earlier in the day whenever you have some free time!! :)
