On PE im pretty sure they have the excersizes on there for your specific goals on what you want, ie. Flaccid, hard, girth.. ect..

Regular jelqing will help improve. Also check out horizontal movement, squeezes, and the ferrarri's

i do jelqing, and thats all i used to do before i found out about ferraris. They are on the site, directions for em anyway and now I do a jelq that i sorta put my thumb under the shaft and roll my penis along it as if i was wrapping or unwrappin it over my thumb.

well since were on the topic not to hijack the thread but, u guys are talking about all these other excersise's that are advanced and not on the progream at PH.

so my question is.. when do you start to make the transition to different exercises ?

the beginner exercises, for me, proved useful in getting me acquainted with the methods of actual penis enlargement and enhancement. Just to get a feel, so to speak. Like anything, youll start to understand how the system is meant to work and then move on to more advanced exercises. Thats what happened for me but I thought I was making up my own exercises until I found very similar ones to the ones that I thought I invented on the website. I still do my own, which vary slightly from the advanced ones on here, but thats all cuz i got a feel for it with the beginners exercises and now understand how the whole process and my penis works! haha

You don't NEED to do other exercises- what's in the PH member's area is plenty for most men. The other exercises are for variety.

yea, i do jelqs and stretches, and a variation of a jelq that i found out are called ferraris, which involve squeezing different areas to engorge them with blood and cause increases in size. Big al...u just stuck with your original routine for the most part right?

I did the jelqs and stretches the first month. After that, it was squeezes and specialized stretches.

So Big Al, would you say that a month is a decent amount of time for "beginners" to be able to perform the more advanced techniques? I know that it would come down to personal experience and preference, but when I read stuff about the ferrari exercises there is a warning about how it is not for beginners. I don't want to hurt myself trying to get quicker gains, know what I mean?

If you PE consistently, then a 4 to 6 weeks should be enough time before you try the advanced routines.

Big Al
What were or are your specialized stretches?

Mostly stretches not outlined in the PH member's area. Some of my own creations, and some of the more traditional stretches.

I figured they weren't in the members area, would you care to share them?

Apart from what's in the Penis-Health member's area, I've been advised by the owner of this forum to direct clients looking for 1-on-1 consultation services from me HERE (http://refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=909089-0005&PA=422681).
