View Full Version : Pc workout is this alright?

Ok so far i am trying to keep to this, my main goal is to increase my lasting power, maybe eventually venturing into the realm of multipul orgams and the like, obviously getting my thing harder is something i want to;) . Although i do seem to have a relatively weak muscle and i have tried other things on and off i have decided to start from scratch and then work up on how long i can flex it. Heres my idea all of this is spread throughout the day usually in about 2-3 bits.

500 quick flexs
100 longer flexes
10 as long as i can go

The longer flexes i am going to start at 2 secs (i know its small but i wanna get used to it) i plan on increasing it in incliments of a second every (well i dont know i originally thought weeks but that might take ages, so any ideas?. The other thing was once my long flexes get long that 100 long flexes is going to be a very long while, do i decrease the number of flexes or would this be counter productive? Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

Hey DJ,

I don't know what other people think, but to me that sounds like a LOT of PC work. Maybe you should work it up gradually, like start with 100 quick, 20 longer, and 5 as long as you can, and increase it each week.

If you do too much, you'll tire out your PC muscle and it will actually mean you'll have less stamina, control and erection strength etc.

Do a search on the PC killer too, see how u like it :D

Yeah i have looked at that but like i said i want to work up to longer flexs because i'm not so used to them, 500 is probably alot maybe i will half that and half the longer ones. The other thing i forgot to ask though was the reverse ones, what counts as a rep and should i replace some of the others with it or do them on top and if so how many?

just basicaly flex my PC muslce 100times fast each day?
