Ok so far i am trying to keep to this, my main goal is to increase my lasting power, maybe eventually venturing into the realm of multipul orgams and the like, obviously getting my thing harder is something i want to;) . Although i do seem to have a relatively weak muscle and i have tried other things on and off i have decided to start from scratch and then work up on how long i can flex it. Heres my idea all of this is spread throughout the day usually in about 2-3 bits.
500 quick flexs
100 longer flexes
10 as long as i can go
The longer flexes i am going to start at 2 secs (i know its small but i wanna get used to it) i plan on increasing it in incliments of a second every (well i dont know i originally thought weeks but that might take ages, so any ideas?. The other thing was once my long flexes get long that 100 long flexes is going to be a very long while, do i decrease the number of flexes or would this be counter productive? Any imput would be greatly appreciated.
