hi-
i find that i constantly lose the better part of my erection during the hold phase of the jelq and hold. Normal jelqing doesn't give me the dame problem, however. Once I'm no longer erect, the jelq and hold becomes useless.
Anybody have this problem? any suggestions?

mz23: I might suggest doing your routine with some visual stimulation for added support. Maybe put a dirty movie (ok, porn) in the vcr (or dvd) or maybe have some dirty rags (ok, porn, again) just to encourage your buddy to keep up! :D
It is okay to momentarily stop and bring your buddy back up to the required erection, just keep continuing on when you're ready to proceed!

As I understand, to do jelq erected is useless! You don't need full ereciton for jelq.
Doing jelq and hold I used to do 15 PCs. Does it help or not, I don't know. Or is it OK or not?

To perform jelq with an erection, like a 100% type of erection, is pretty risky and dangerous. The chances of incurring an injury is much easier than if you were performing the jelq with less of an erection, say around 70%.
A possible injury that might occur is the chance of a thrombosed vein, since there will be no room at all to push the blood around when fully erect. It can be done, but be extremely careful. It is generally not recommended.

The jelq requires a semi-erect state for best results. One can combine the PC flex with the Jelq and Hold method if desired. This would be the equivalent of doing the ‘Advance Jelq’ exercise.
In addition to the good advice that tigerbartlett has given above, one can also use ProSolutionPills as another means to obtain a consistent erection towards added stimulation. However, be aware that you may become overly stimulated and ejaculate. This would be a trial and error situation for one to determine if this suits you best.

in the "hold" part of the exercise
should i stretch it to the front
or just hold it there
without stretching

Just hold. You should be at least semi-erect when jelqing and I don't think erect stretch moves are wise. Just jelq to just under the head so that you get a nice swelling of the head and hold it there.

I have been doing PE's for almost 3 months and I am starting to see gains but i don;t know how long it take people to see gains.
Anyway I have a question for all those who do The Jelq and Hold. How many reps should i be able to do? and also my shaft starts to go flacid...is this normal or should i try to keep in more erect during the exercise???
Any answers would be a great help

hello.
I have begun doing the jelq and hold, and my initial impression on it is not too good. Having to hold for fifteen seconds makes it hard to keep a semi-erect state, and hence not easy to hold the pressure in the head. At the present time I find myself having to restimulate to get more erect, which can get annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If your a newbie like me just starting out u might want to do that exercise later because it's an advanced exercise.
I'll do a jelc and hold during normal jelqs if I get too erect. So I know what u mean.
