im mostly concerned with just strengthening my erections and possibly some girth. so im concentrating mostly on jelqs and pc flexes. its only been a couple days and ive yet to give myself an off day. but my main concern (as im sure is every other "new guy's") is wether or not im doing it right. or if im having weird results. a little while after im done i feel pretty sore mostly around the base of my penis. i tend to grip pretty hard i guess..because ive decided i like to give quick pc flex and trap it real quick before i jelq. anyways..i was having sex with the girlfriend..and it took a while to get hard. when i did it wasnt really that great of an erection. once i got going it was fine for a bit and then as usual halfway through she asks me to put the condom on. this pretty much always kills it. but afterwards i was trying to get back up for another round but to no avail. my guy just wasnt having it. i assume its because of me starting pe..but i guess im just being paranoid and looking for reassurance that its just because im a little tuckered out. anyone else have simillar experiences when they started? is it pretty customary to not be all that functional and way desensitized on workout days. or should that not be the case after a while?

After blowing your load especially if your using a condom which desensitizes your penis, for many guys the recovery time is longer before they can get another erection. For one thing though pe when people start out does sometimes effect their erection for awhile if their workout is too intence.

Yea try being a little more gentle on your little guy until he startes getting use to ther exercises. Then you can up the intinsity.

i didnt actually go the first time. i just lost it because of the condom. and then couldnt get back up once it was off.
i may be overworking it a little bit without realizing it though. i mean while im doing it it doesnt seem to hurt or anything. just a little sore a few hours later.
whats a good program for starting out? i havent got anything down pact yet but ive been doing about 100 jelqs and 250 - 300 pc flexes.
also..when you first locate the pc muscle and start working it out is it normal to have to go take a leak a lot more often?

Sounds like you might be overworkin it a bit. You said you havent given yourself an off day yet, and regardless if your doing 10 or 100 jelqs your new and your dick isn't used to the stress. You also said you like to pc flex while jelqin. This is more advanced exercise and its fine if your doing it but it will really exhaust your pc and dick. Give yourself a few days off, from jelqs, and pc flexes. You will hit rocky roads sometimes through pe where your dick may not get hard etc. These are normal things and when i first started I went through them as well... Hope this helps

Yup, I agree with what's been said so far...
You really are just tuckered out from the exercising; which your body isn't accustomed to yet. This is good news, in a way, because it means that you are on your way to achieving gains. ;)
Of course, it can be quite frustrating when your buddy doesn't want to cooperate. I've had my share of that problem. :o
Just try to relax---and whenever your erection gives you difficulties---comfort yourself in the fact that your dick is pooped because you have exercised it well, and will reap the benefits down the road in the form of a bigger schlong. :p

At your stage of training, you shouldn't be trying to get sore or gripping hard. You should be trying to focus on exercise technique more than anything else. Above all, you should be using moderation in your intensity for the first few weeks or so. You have to learn to walk before you can run :)
